Dulux Precision All Metal Primer Questions & Answers

I need to repaint parts of a colourbond garage door which are rusted. I have purchased Dulux precision all metal primer. It seems from reviews that I need to use rust converter prior to the primer as the product will not stop existing rust and we live within 400 metres of the ocean. It is not possible to clean all the rusted areas to clean metal.
What rust converter does Dulux recommend that is compatible with all metal primer
