I have several complaints about a recent purchase, however can't seem to find a way to contact anyone with these complaints. Anyone had luck getting in contact with someone helpful?
Buyer Beware! We bought a 5-year extended warranty, but EasyAuto123 in Brooklyn is refusing to honour it! We have always had our vehicle serviced regularly at the mechanics specified by EasyAuto123. The mechanic says the problem definitely should be covered by warranty - but EasyAuto123 are simply refusing to do so with no reason given! We have never made any prior claims under our warranty, and when we try to get info, EasyAuto123 never answers their phone! Will be filing a complaint and request for compensation with Consumer Affairs Victoria
Yes my partner bought a Nissan Narva about 3 weeks ago from there and drove it hm on the Saturday and it had to go back on the Monday with a big problem so why do they not keep you informed about what is going on with it when you ring them they don't seem to no much about it and can not hang up quick enough. They don't give you a phone number of the company that is supposed to be fixing it. It's as if they want to keep everything secret. Not very impressed about the situation at the moment.

Servicing, is it true a car bought from 123, must be serviced by particular dealers?
Nope.They recommend you do but it is your choice.I bought my Mazda from an easy auto 123 in mile end south SA BUT ADTRANS to my knowledge don't even have Mazda dealers go work that one out.It's been a mix where I come from using a mix of Edwardstown Mazda and Paradise Mazda for everything that the local My Car service places cannot do.
Anyone know what the $179 ex gst ($199 inc) Sanitiser pack is? I have asked the question and so far been told it is a default item for every vehicle. However I am still to find out what it is or why I am being charged for it.
No idea about the sanitizer charges, however they do like to add extras to your contract and make them sound complimentary and then you find out you have been charged for them. Then they tell you it’s your fault you did not read the contract properly.
what's your policy on where a car should be serviced.I know in South Australia for the Mazda's you have available at your Mile End Dealership warehouse.the listing has No Mazda dealers.It's a Mix of Subaru,Hyundai,Nissan,Ford and Toyota dealers.
Can you pay in cash for cars?
you can pay cash for any car anywhere, easy auto123 will push you to get finance thru them because thats how they make money from the commissions. They dont get the commission if you pay by cash... suggest you buy a car from somewhere else

If under ten grand such as using insurance payout money from an accident with previous car from memory they prefer cash.I did it that way for my 2008 Mazda 3 last year.I could have gone elsewhere and settled for older in years but lower in mileage BMW 318i executive sport models or executive 2003/2004 models but after what my neighbours daughter went through doing that I told myself NO.You might suddenly have all this money but the upkeep on Europeans close to 20 years old will kill you.
I was told that the free easyauto123 Mechanical protection plan only covers cars built in Korea, Japan, and Australia, so my $27,000 Jeep Grande Cherokee didn't qualify - is that true? I had to pay over $2000 for a warranty, instead. I would appreciate any answer, particularly if it came from the easyauto123 experts on warranties.
Not sure but I have just had to take my Jeep Grand Cherokee overland back to the canning vale one because the transmission is clunking after only 1 day of having it, thats apparently covered by the basic one, I also had to purchased the 2.4k presidian warranty. So much for them making sure the car is mechanically sound prior to sale.
What are ex gov charges ? Rego tranfer duty ???? are the Melb vehicles registered, if not how will I get it registered, or drive it home (SW Victoria)
I am dealing with seven hill at the moment.. the communications are horrendous next to none.my brother is a car dealer in qld and cant believe the lack of communication and how long it has taken for them to get finance through. He has told me it shouldnt take more than 4 days its been 8 days and counting what is going on?
go elsewhere as i did they stuffed me around for a month went elsewhere and got an answer within 1day
