Do you have a custom pillow case for this pillow, I have mine in a normal pillow case and it's doesn't fit properly and suppress the pillow
Hi Jack, Thanks for reaching out! Our pillows follow the Australian standard sizing of 20cm x 39cm, so a standard AU-sized pillowcase should provide a good fit. However, if you’re finding that your current pillowcase doesn’t fit properly and compresses the pillow, you may want to consider our pillowcases, which fit well to our pillow to ensure maximum comfort and support.

They absolutely do not follow standard pillow size and do not fit properly in standard pillow cases.
Hi Redrich, We’d like to clarify our previous advice regarding the pillow’s dimensions. The correct size of our pillow is 38 cm x 56 cm, which aligns with Australian standard sizing. The 20 cm x 39 cm measurement refers to the pillow when compressed in its travel bag. Additionally, it should fit standard AU-sized pillowcases, which typically measure 48 cm x 73 cm.
We hope this helps clarify any confusion. If you require further assistance or have additional questions, feel free to reach out.

I really want to try this pillow, but shocked at all the bad reviews about it getting soft after a few months after the trial period is over.
Have they updated it to be better? Has anyone on here had theirs for 3 years and still happy?
Hi Matt! Our pillow is plush and supportive. Generally, a pillow can be replaced every 1-2 years on a regular care and sleeping basis. Good thing, the Ecosa pillow has a removable protective cover that is machine washable so you can keep your pillow fresher for longer.
Which direction do you sleep on the pillow? With the low side or the tall side?
On my side with the high side
Hi there, Good question. There's no right way of using our Pillow, as you can position it in a way that would be comfortable for you. We suggest, however, for back sleepers and belly sleepers to use the lower side of the Pillow. As for the side sleepers, we suggest using the higher side. Then again, it'll still depend on your preference.
Hope this helps.
Ecosa.
A standard/normal size pillowcase is too large for this pillow. We love our pillows but they look untidy on the bed in a normal size pillowcase. Do you sell a pillow case that actually fits this?
They do, if you have the fillers in to add height you will need 50 cm width pillow cases, you can get these on mydeal.com.au for about 10 to 15 a pair not the ridiculous price they are asking
Thanks for your very quick reply however I should have explained that It’s not the depth of the pillow that is a challenge but the length of the Ecosa pillow is shorter and no matter how much tucking and folding to make the case shorter will make it sit neatly. We can’t use the inserts as they are not comfortable and don’t make a lot of difference in fitting into a standard pillowcase. Was hoping to find out if they sold pillow cases the same size as the pillow, but not prepared to buy them if I still have to fold them over ☹️
Hi Erin, Yes, we do sell pillowcases! We sell Bamboo pillowcases (https://www.ecosa.com.au/bamboo-pillowcases) and Silk pillowcases (https://www.ecosa.com.au/silk-pillowcase). These pillowcases will surely fit snug on your Ecosa pillows!
Thanks, Ecosa
Does this pillow fit in a standard pillow case?
It sure does.
Yes, it does
Thanks to our community you already have the answer! It does :)
How long does it take to expand? Mine is flat and it has been over 10 minutes.
Hi Kylie! Your mattress will inflate after 10 hours, however, we recommend leaving the mattress for 24hrs to air out as well. Should it still not expand after 24 hours, please reach out to us and we will do our best to solve it for you.
Thanks,
Ecosa
Is it good for back sleepers?
Hi Roz, Our pillow has an ergonomic design to support your neck and head. It has been designed with an adjustable feature so you can change the height of the pillow to suit your body size and sleep style by removing or adding pads as required.

Thanks,

Not if you are wanting the pillow to stay stiff and firm while you sleep on your back.
