All lights and display on fridge as well as water and ice dispenser are not working had a power outage have not worked Since power back on seems the rest of fridge is working

I bought this fridge few months ago, live the fridge but the milk always gone sour before very quickly, it always gone off about 1 week before the use my date , I never have this problem before with my old fridge . May I know anyone else have the same problem? What should i do ?

Hi, Put a thermometer in the fridge, it should be 4 Deg. C. Freezer should be -18 Deg. C. Don't worry about what the fridge temp. says!

Hi there,

We recently bought a new EHE6899 fridge and everything was working perfectly. Over the past month the water dispenser has slowed to a trickle. The water pressure is still strong and nothing has changed. I have made sure the hose inset kinked, and reinstalled the water filer. i am trying to trouble shoot why this is the case and desperately need your help.

I have the same issue, checked last night and there is a split in the plastic housing just inside the back cover - check for leaks under the fridge - we didn’t notice because we stopped using the water and the small leaks naturally dried. We also replaced the filter which didn’t help. Called Electrolux last night - they were fantastic and we’ve got a tech coming on Thursday. So far so good - as long as they don’t try to charge me for the fix as it’s a quality failure - I’ll keep you posted

Follow up. The tech came today and replaced the split hose. He was on time and very professional. No charge for the fix. 100% top class service and backup from the first phone call

The drink draw randomly freezes all drinks breaking all the bottles. Has happened about 5 times. Has become extremely expensive replacing a draw full of drinks as well as messy!Technition replaced some parts but problem still exists.

We have had the exact issue, I don’t have z solution though - now the water filter only works for short periods and switches to dispensing ice instead.
