Does anyone know why the water dispenser has such a slow flow rate on this model? Is there any way to improve it? It takes 40 seconds to fill a 250ml glass even with a brand new filter.

Fisher&Paykel 614L FRENCH DOOR RF610ADUSX4 (STAINLESS STEEL) my problem is the base of the freezer draw forms solid ice periodically, It can last for months at a time. Is this common and what can I do to combat it?
Unclear: top or bottom drawer? Is it water that has refrozen like a sheet of ice cube, or the fuzzy white stuff old freezers used to accumulate? (if its solid cie in the ice cube collector on the TOP LEFT DRAWER, I just empty the good cubes, melt the chunky stuff at the bottom with warm water, and press the turbo ice button and it produces a bunch of fresh ice overnight and its good as new. definitely dicard old ice cubes periodically as they can melt togther. I do this 2-3 times a year min.

We are moving house shortly and taking the fridge which we are very happy with by the way. My question is how do I disconnect the plumbing?
My fridge was purchased 12 months ago and the freezer drawer is all rusty on the outside. Is this covered by warranty? If not, I would not purchase this fridge again.
