I have a Gainsborough entrance lock with the keypad and wifi opening… the keypad does not work. I changed the batteries in it 2 months ago .. this is the 3rd set of batteries I have put in it. I use the wifi on my phone to open the door at the moment or the keys. It still locks automatically after you walk out.
You got 2 months out of it? You're lucky, I battle to get one month. They are THE WORST locks. How old is it? Maybe the warranty will cover the keypad issue
I have very old Gainsborough locks on the bathrooms which need replacing but can’t seem to find anything the right size. The ones I have are 15cm in length and 4 cm wide with a privacy lock????

Not sure about that. Seeing the internal parts are faulty, and keep locking me in the house, I just want replacement locks that fit the holes in my doors.

Considering purchasing Gainsborough Liana passage and privacy lever handles. But can’t seem to find the Liana ENTRANCE handles. Is this product even available? Don’t want to upgrade our handles to Liana if the entrance handles aren’t available as well

My Gainsborough digital front door lock suddenly stopped working at all. I have not used the digital mode of operation at all since I’m 79 and not confident with digital technology. Now my door won’t even stay closed. The villa is only 2 years old. Is there any way I can at least get it to stay closed, even if not lock?

Can I program a tag to work on two separated Gainsborough Digital Entry Lever Locks?
I have a HD7 flywire set that seems to be made for a door that opens out,and I need to open inwards,and so the handles are facing the opposite way, so have you two models?

Something else similar happened to the screen door lock. IT even locked and had to take out the whole unit with a screwdriver.
Would recommend a totally different brand name such as Whitco or perhaps even Lockwood
