I own a HR6DFF630s fridge freezer. The error code was EF. I tested the evaporator fan with 12v DC which works fine, there seems to be no output at the fan connection to the PCB?- I’ve replaced the circuit board at the rear of the fridge but still the fan does not run. Is this an input issue? Temp sensor or door closure sensor. Freezer works fine. Fridge is not cooling. Thx.
Hi everyone! My freezer has stopped working for the past 4 days (still feels cool inside but nothing is frozen - seems like it is only at fridge temperature) but the fridge portion seems fine. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? Thanks!
What screws and parts do you need to reattach the doors and what goes where
The evaporator unit in my fridge/freezer is continually icing up causing the fridge to warm up. I suspect the defrost cycle is not working. Have tried the support line but unable to get through. Can anyone recommend a good Hisense tech in z Perth or SOR who can Check the unlit over. It is still working brilliantly after I defrost it with a heat gun. Lasts up to a month.
Alarm beeps as if the doors open when its closed, after a few minutes the lights stop working (like you left the door open) and the display on the front doesnt come on when you open/close the doors.
The plastic lever on the front to dispense water has broken. I have a replacement lever but have no idea how to put it on. Any and all help welcome!!! :)
Non plumbed water dispenser continuously leaks fridge is 1 year old
I bought my fridge freezer new in October 21 for the first few weeks it was fine now I can barely open the freezer drawers due to the ice build up. Unless there’s a solution I’ll sell it as right now it’s absolutely not worth the money. Has anyone had the same and got a solution? Thanks MC
No, ours in minimum 6 years old and it hasn't skipped a beat, even after a house move. Surley it's still under warranty, definitely shouldn't happen, we have only had to defrost it once in all that time.
I purchased a Hisense 701L French Door HR6FDFF701SW, Hisense gave me a full refund within 3 days. It was faulty from start up and had a well known problem. Hisense didn't even come out to check it, admitted it was a fault from manufacture. Local Electrical goods shop will not stock them now due to to many recalls/refunds.
The light works when opening the right door, but not the left, the unit is about 3yrs old and has not happened previously. Any suggestions how to fix this?

I recently received this fridge as a warranty replacement for my other 630L stainless steel one, they no longer do the SS model. Since receiving it, the contents in the long bottom draw in the fridge keep getting frozen and ruining the food , salad packets ham etc. I’ve upped the temp to 6degrees now. Has anyone else had this issue? What food should be in that bottom long draw in the fridge? Thanks
I would like to know the same thing! Except mine doesn't freeze anything which the manual suggests it would. But the tech specs say it's a crisper bin, but the manual calls it something else which I believe is supposed to have 3 different temperature settings. I keep cheese and meat in it. Maybe I shouldn't, I just assumed it was colder, but it's never frozen anything
Hi has anyone had this problem? Water trickles out of the non plumbed water dispenser. Fill it up and it works for a couple of glasses then slows

No water coming out of dispenser, why is this?
My freezer was frosting up so I turned off and cleaned, when I went to turn back on the alarm went off and a H appeared where the freezer temp should show. I set it, turned th alarm off and all looked fine but after 60 sec the fridge just turns off. Anyone have any solutions before I have to ring the manufacturer?

As I wait on a friendly technical support team...
I have an access isue getting this fridge into m house. Can I:
1. Remove all three handles easily and how much is the depth reduced by?
or
2. Remove the freezer drawer entirely and how far do the barn doors open? I'm thinking remove handle by removing the drawer and opening the doors wide so I can 'spin/twist' it in through the doors on a dolly.
Really sucks, by all of 10mm!

That WAS the Hisense friendly technical support team... over half an hor wait, only to be told to call one of teh contractor technicians. They actually helped. Situation solved.
I have a code coming up when I open the fridge in the freezer section saying EF. How do I fix this? My freezer also freezes up alot and gets hard to open draw
Hi, the french doors seem to slam shut is this normal? I have to hold the door all the way close to prevent this, shouldn't it soft close? Thanks Greg
