Fridge and freezer have stopped cooling. Everything else works incl all electronics. Except fan inside seems to stop and start. Fan near the compressor is working. All lights are working.

Hi, our fridge has been having issues with leaking water into the fridge, the left hand side door shelves fill with water. If we turn off the ice it stops. We leave it off for a few weeks, try again and it’s good for another few months. Then it starts again. Any advice. It’s out of warranty unfortunately.
Two questions 1.Do I need to turn off the water when I change the water filter?
2. I had the ice/water turned off for 5 month. Do I need to to something special before I turn it on again? After I read all the other comments I hope it will work :-)

I have model hr6fdff701sw The temperature indicators on the My Fresh Choice Drawer continually flash. I’ve tried holding the temperature button for 5 seconds and repeatedly pressing it to cycle to the desired temperature- to no avail. All lights keep flashing. Any ideas?
How do I get the icemaker working again after a blackout? The manual says push the test button but as far as I can see this button doesn't exist

Is it still under warranty ! My HR6FDFF701SW would not freeze brand new from day 1, day 4 later I contacted Hisense. They had NO service tech in my area ( Mid North coast NSW ) and give me a full refund. If it is under warranty,,,,,,,,,,,,,,GET YOUR MONEY BACK,,,, FAST

I sent my Hisense 701L French Door HR6FDFF701SW back & got a full refund after 2 weeks.
It didn't make ice & Hisense said it was a manufacturing fault that couldn't be fixed.
We have a 710 French door Hisence. Only 10 months old. Noticed today the fridge compartment not hetting cold. Can someone please help?
Good luck Peter, I got a full credit from Hisence on my 701SW 1 week after it was delivered. It would not make ice or get cold in the fridge compartment, they are a known poor quality unit. Contact Hisence, ring the retail shop you purchased from. You want a full in store credit + free delivery/install

I have 701L French door fridge. 2019. It is showing Fahrenheit and not to Celsius. How did I change it. What temps should fridge and freezer be on.
Mine has changed to Fahrenheit as well. Did you find the answer to this?

Hey, does anyone know if there is a straightforward fix for the F4 error code? Same issues as described by other posters with the F4 code.
The person on the support line was cagey at best, at first she Said there was no information about the F4 code. Eventually she put me on hold so she could speak with a technician. The solution provided was to turn the fridge off for 1 hour. It did not resolve the problem.
Any guidance greatly appreciated.
(Inside the fridge, there are hidden conducts with fans to send the cold air to the different sections of the fridge, fans must get frozen with humidity buildup and the fridge seems to be lacking an autodefrost of these conducts). So... I had all doors opened, removed the lower door and put a fan to make sure air gets into the frozen parts . After 8 hours, I plugged it back and the F4 code was still there. Unplugged it and left it opened for additionnal 16 hours. Then, the F4 code was gone. (Luckily, It was winter for me...) I now pay attention not to leave any door opened in order to limit how much humidity gets into the fridge. I also suspect the left door to slightly open when closing the right one. Great fridge when everything is working, but poor service for this design flaw. Hope it helps
