Can this be used with adsl2 as I have moved from nbn House to new place?
I'm not sure, mine was provided with my NBN provider, suggest you ask your provider.
Judging from the menu choices in the router, it should be possible to set it for ADSL2. My NBN isnt the real deal anyway... just a high speed version of adsl which they B$'d to me about when I signed up to 100Mps. Try it. Nothing to lose.

You can provided the new isp has vlan tagging on.
If not then you to get admin access to this tpg router To change that setting
Somehow my Macbook has recently kept dropping out of the wifi network, forcing me to restart the modem every time to reconnect to the network. I've tried to assign static IP for it but not fixing the issue. It seems somehow the modem doesn't assign DHCP IP address to the Macbook. Similar problem has been seen with my old iPad, but the iPad tends to "hold on" to the assigned DHCP IP a bit longer, doesn't lose its connection after when sleeping or starting up. Other devices such as Android phone, IP cameras, smart home devices don't seem to have this issue (even though all have connection issue every now and then but I would rather blame Dodo & NBN for the intermittent services)
Anyone can enlight me on this please? Much appreciated!
