Did anyone take these tablets and have ongoing health issues?
I have tried emailing care@buyimpactketo.com and it bounces back as Your message wasn't delivered to care@buyimpactketo.com because the domain buyimpactketo.com couldn't be found. How do I know where to email or even ring to stop my subscrition?
I spent quite some time writing a review, to help anyone else who comes across this review site, writing review. Text as follows, in case you haven't had any success yet: Like almost 100 others writing a review on Impact Keto I had these aspects happen to me: 1. More product turned up in the very first delivery and 2 more deliveries as well. I was sick for a while and only recently found it within me to tackle disputing the transactions.
2. Amounts charged to my CommBank Mastercard were in USD and for many times the amount of AUD that I authorised. As in USD263.99 (which became about AUD$395) three times, with 6 bottles of the product turning up when I expected a two for one deal that was to be AUD$74.99 from memory. I remember thinking it would give two months' worth of them, and be just over a dollar a day for a trial.
3. That first delivery also had one bottle of Ultimate Detox charged at USD54.99 (which became about AUD$83) which I had not selected to order.
4. The second and third deliveries each contained one bottle of Keto Gummies. Something I also had not ordered and which each had a charge of that same USD amount of USD263.99
I had kept the packaging on all deliveries and that shows shipped from Impact Keto PO Box 488, Penrith NSW 2751, with email of care@buyimpactketo.com and an Australian Customer Care number of 61-1300 673 179 showing 11pm-11am ECST. That time zone is in the USA and equates to 6am until 6pm here I think.
Others who have written reviews have described various actions they have taken to try to get refunds and to stop product coming.
My suggestion, which looks like being 100% of remaining successful, is to: A. Cancel the card you paid with. Sure, this may be inconvenient but very prudent even if, or maybe even more so, your bank process the very justifiable charge backs to the merchant who charged your card. In my case that was the first two charges by Sweet Health and the other two by Impact Keto. For future use consider getting a pre-paid MasterCard, or similar, from Australia Post. And/or have a dedicated credit card that is NOT a debit card, has a low limit and that you don't set up any automatic payments or direct debits from.
B. CONTACT your bank. If you didn't cancel the card online/using a phone app get them to cancel the card. Then dispute the transactions and ask them to charge back to the merchant. In my case, with CommBank, they said they will put through the funds back to me within about three days! They said what I had told them met the fraud requirements. For all I know they may have been aware the two scamming merchant names I had quoted.
They then pass on to the investigations team to action processing the charge backs. Should the merchants dispute being charged back then the investigations team would write a letter on my behalf and may be in contact with me for more information.

Hi Yes same happened to me. I received a lot more that I didn't order. Posted them all back to a PO box in Penrith along with a letter requesting refund of $396.77 for one lot and $80.90 for original order. I have since sent another letter but so far have not received an answer or refund. Complete scam!
I want to know how to unsubscribe and stop future payments and how to return these pills as too expensive and do not work for me. I had no idea i would be charged every month. Also i dont trust the internet scammers and will not be giving my bank details or paying for a chat line.
Many of us scammed- I had success emailing support@totalclientconnect.com Demanded cancellation of subscription. They offered suspension but with 2nd email I threatened ACCC & they complied. Saved having to cancel card! Good luck

I would also like to know how people have been able to contact the company to cancel their subscription?
I have been emailing them through support@totalclientconnect.com - they do respond, but have 3 emails now saying would I like to pause my subscription. I have now sent another email today saying no want to cancel and if no response will be making a formal complaint to ACCC for misleading and deceptive conduct along with their fullfillment company in Penrith....keep trying and get a replacement credit card

I already purchased keto impact but not much happening it didn’t come with any info except take 2 daily would like more info
Hi Carol, I didn't proceed with ordering. Just check they don't keep automatically charging you as it sounds like others can't get any customer service. Worst case scenario if you can't stop a direct debit go to your bank and have them put a block on further automatic payments or advise what else you can do. I'm not stating that will happen but it's just a heads up.
Re further information. There must be a website. If they're good enough to take money they have to have a website.

I want to stop my monthly delivery as I didn't request it how do I go about it. I have allergies from the product!

Hi I rang this number 1300673179 and got through to them but they hung up before I could arrange a refund. I couldn’t be bothered ringing back. I canceled my credit card so they couldn’t charge me for more. I will be sending product back. Good luck.

I am in the process of wearing the them down for a refund. Please note, they will fob you off, ignore you and worse still, lie. Just keep plugging away and don’t be fooled by their machinations. They depend on the fact if they mess you round enough, you’ll give up. I’m not giving in and I hope you don’t either. They need to be held accountable or they’ll morph into another company and start up all again. All the best :)

i also got conned like everybody else , but i got some capsules and i'm curious what is in them?
I looked up the ingredients and knew about a few of them being for digestion etc. They are pretty much laxatives.

But just now as I typed out the email address, which shows a domain name of buyimpactketo I put "buyimpactketo.com" into Bing and got a page that said such wasn't found but to use bing to search for buyimpactketo which brought back a warning from Norton that it was a DANGEROUS site and suggesting to NOT access it.
So, I hope this helps some of you - bottom line is that others have tried all manner of steps but I only saw one review that said they'd had success. And that involved going to their bank.

I emailed them this afternoon and this was their reply - In order to provide the best results for our customers, we are not able to issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before 60 days from the date of purchase. However, this gives you the opportunity to take advantage of our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. I emailed them back demanding the RMA - no response yet. I have cancelled my card and also have cancelled the subscription! they slugged me $550 for crap - I received the package this afternoon and it came from NSW!
I got a RMA and sent the product back but no refund as yet and the emails are bouncing back now!!
They refused to give me the RMA - I went through my credit card company and they reimbursed me the money and they were going to follow it up for me. I got my money back yesterday and this morning they emailed me the RMA. I suggest you go through your bank - cancel your card as they have put you on a monthly subscription and will continuously take money out of your account.

Threats to these emails above got my money back. These people are such crooks. I honestly do not believe they sure from the US, but use that currency to deter from where they are from. Good luck.
I cancelled my card, but they then said that the only way they will refund is with the card that it was paid with...did they do this so you keep the card open? should i just temp lock it so they at least can't take more? I have emailed a 100 times and i don't even have the product after 6 weeks. I am determined not to give up but im not sure if the little "loop hole" would be that the refund has to be refunded back to the card used and if that is cancelled then too bad so sad lol....should i keep fighting?
They refunded me to the cancelled card. The bank said that even though the card is cancelled it’s still linked to the transaction so funds can be returned to it

As in USD263.99 (which became about AUD$395) three times, with 6 bottles of the product turning up when I expected a two for one deal that was to be AUD$74.99 from memory. I remember thinking it would give two months' worth of them, and be just over a dollar a day for a trial.
3. That first delivery also had one bottle of Ultimate Detox charged at USD54.99 (which became about AUD$83) which I had not selected to order.
4. The second and third deliveries each contained one bottle of Keto Gummies. Something I also had not ordered and which each had a charge of that same USD amount of USD263.99
I had kept the packaging on all deliveries and that shows shipped from Impact Keto PO Box 488, Penrith NSW 2751, with email of care@buyimpactketo.com and an Australian Customer Care number of 61-1300 673 179 showing 11pm-11am ECST. That time zone is in the USA and equates to 6am until 6pm here I think.

My suggestion, which looks like being 100% of remaining successful, is to: A. Cancel the card you paid with. Sure, this may be inconvenient but very prudent even if, or maybe even more so, your bank process the very justifiable charge backs to the merchant who charged your card. In my case that was the first two charges by Sweet Health and the other two by Impact Keto. For future use consider getting a pre-paid MasterCard, or similar, from Australia Post. And/or have a dedicated credit card that is NOT a debit card, has a low limit and that you don't set up any automatic payments or direct debits from.
B. CONTACT your bank. If you didn't cancel the card online/using a phone app get them to cancel the card. Then dispute the transactions and ask them to charge back to the merchant. In my case, with CommBank, they said they will put through the funds back to me within about three days! They said what I had told them met the fraud requirements. For all I know they may have been aware the two scamming merchant names I had quoted.

How do I stop getting these in the post? I tried to cancel them when my doctor advised me not to take anything that her didn’t prescribe. I tried to cancel to no avail. I just keep being charged and receiving them. I am becoming very stressed about this.

Arghhh I got scammed as well. Ordered $100 worth and charged $400, delivery was not what as ordered - told I have to wait 60 days to get a refund and i keep asking to show where I agreed to their T & C's. He literally read to me that the product has to be returned within 60 days and then told me I had to wait 60 days to get a return number - when I brought this to his attention he hung up on me.
