HI I understand that a high quality HEPA filter will trap mould but it won't kill it, So doesnt that enable the mould spores to reproduce and so the problem is not fixed?
No mould does not live in dry environments with constant airflow.
will you provide a 10% discount or promo coupon on the InovaAir E8. My other consideration is the Winix Zero AUS-1050AZBU which is also highly recommented by the Asthma Council and winner of choice award. It is cheaper

winix Also has a medical grade HEPA filter but can clean twice the area . E8 cleans 25m2 as per There specs but the Winix has Been tested to clean 49.5m2 at 4.5 air changes per hour which is excellent
Hi Shelly, I finally bought E8 and using it for more than a month now. Must say our expectation has been met completely. Customer service was fantastic as well. All in all very happy with my purchase and supporting local Australian manufacturers during these tough times!

Hi Nick it looks like CHOICE disagrees with your claims on the E8 over the WINIX. CHOICE rating it much higher
How do you clean the filters
You don't. The filters need replacing, the duration depends on environment. Outer filter ever 6months, hepa filter 3 years and charcoal filter is about 3 years. The filtration is far superior to winix but comes at a cost. I also have winix btw

How does it respond to heavy cooking smells, like frying fish. And how often do yohave to change the hepa filter? And hkw much. Note thar you have the largest amount of activated carbon. How good is this on voc? Thanks
The instructions say not to use it for cooking, so I don't use it while cooking. I haven't changed the filter yet. I don't think I have exposed to large quantities of VOC, but recently I had some building work done in the house and it was very effective in removing the chemical smell
