What does a flashing p mean when I turn on control?
uuuuh acktually, the problem stems from the fact the controller segment was connected to an outlet first, and then plugged into the throw connection. If you simply unplug it all, then first plug the controller to the blanket, then plug the controller into an outlet, the problem will be solved

Just purchased one of these a couple of months ago. It is flashing a P on the display and not heating. Have tried disconnecting from power at wall, also unplugged the power cord from the blanket itself and re started. Still not working. Any resolutions ?
When i tried to switch on, it shows a blinking P. What does it mean and how do i troubleshoot?
Tried switching the main switch off and on. Did not work.
I purchased a Jason heated throw last august2018 from woolworths in Toowoomba at grand central--it was only used once and has not worked since. I took it back to woolworths but they didn't want to know about it. What can I do??? My phone no is 0427984178
My blanket turns on when I first plug it in, then immediately turns itself off. However it stays on and works fine when I turn it on again, it stays on for about 2 hours on a timer, but I just turn it on again and it works fine.
Why does my blanket kept turning off. Has no timer
Oh no I never experienced that ... Not the thermostat? If not, better contact the maker ,,,,
Yes I agree best to contact Jason...there should be either 90 min or 12 hour setting and if the blanket isnt running for that time then it must be faulty. I've got 2 and I have never had an issue
Hi, my throw has been coming up with 'E' assuming it means error. I can't find what it means. I've turned it off and back on etc. But third time in 2 days it has done this. Eveything seems fine, it works for a short amount of time before the E comes up. Anyone know what I can do or need to just get a new one. Thanks
Never had E on my controller attached to the blanket... At the beginning it shows H means 0 I believe, and I set 2 or 3 but never have E. I recommend you call the customer services, hopefully they replace with a new product for you.
Hi Lisa B, did you find out why your throw coming up with “E”, as this has happened to mine tonight? I have unplugged and I am hoping it sorts it self out by tomorrow, but I was a bit curious, so I searched and found you had the same issue. Thanks
I unplugged mine too. It worked again for a few more times but then continued to come up with that E. So I've just stopped using it. Assume it's just broken now. It's about 2 yrs old
Mine started coming up with the E a few days ago too. Has done it a few more times. This is my 3rd replacement. Others decided to work on only half the blanket. I'm getting sick of it. Only had this one a couple months. Others only a few weeks each
