Hi there, I have the joolz day in elephant Grey which was bought in 2017. I see the new joolz model in timeless taupe and I was wondering if its possible to buy the timeless taupe seat and carry cot separately? And if it is, would it clip onto my joolz day base or is it not compatible? I guess what I'm asking is, does the new joolz day model have the same clips for the pram base as the old version?

Hi,
Just wondering how the Day2 performs on more rugged terrain? Not just the occasional gravel path in the park, but how will it cope with daily walks on pot-holed, corrugated, hilly dirt roads? I'm aware that the tyres are foam-filled (yay!), but what are the suspension and bearings like? And what does the warranty or user manual recommend?

Hi Ruth, Thank you for your enquiry. Great question! The Joolz Day does have all wheel suspension, extra large rear wheels, as well as the ability to quickly and easily lock your front wheels straight to provide further stability on rougher terrain.
Joolz Day strollers are well made and designed for a smooth ride, so will handle a variety of terrain.
However, if that is your daily walk conditions we would also recommend with any pram you choose to purchase performing regular maintenance checks on your stroller. Approximately every 3 months - including removing wheels to clean, lubricate all moving parts and tighten screws - to keep your stroller performing optimally under tougher conditions than the average stroller encounters.

Hello i am wondering what the main difference is between the Joolz day and Joolz day 2?

Hello. Is there a size difference between the wheels of the day and the day 2? I am asking, since our rear wheel in the day model is ruined, and thought of putting a day 2 wheel instead. Should it work? Thx and all the best, Niv :)

Hi Sarah D, For your interest, there is very little difference between the Day2 and Day3, in fact, the features are almost exactly the same. The main reason for the updated version is simply due to the fact that the production of this model was relocated China (Day2 was produced in The Netherlands), hence the name change from Day2 to Day3.
Day3 Product improvements: *Eligible for Lifetime Warranty (Day2 only has a 2-year warranty) *Internal engineering improvements for a firmer ride *Improved brake lever design can be released with the underside of your foot *Accessories hooks on the handlebar (same as Geo2 & Hub)

Hi Jessica, Day² comes in two collections. Earth Collection: The Joolz Earth collection has a stylish brown leatherette handle and bumper bar and a grey mélange lining. The collection has a silver chassis and black wheels.
Studio Collection: The leatherette handle and bumper bars are finished with double stitching. The lining has a quilted design and the collection has black wheels. The collection comes with a silver chassis and black wheels. Yours (Gris) has brown double stitching handlebar and bumper bar and a silver chassis. An amazing combination for a pram! Good choice ;)
Elephant Gey is now a discontinued colour. Hope this helped you to understand the differences between those two collections.

Hi Christine, thanks for your question. The Joolz Day2 is a single pram which is suitable from birth (in the Bassinet), until about 3 years old. (Note Day2 is now superseded by a new version, the Day3)
The Geo2 model is suitable for 2 children from birth... twins or 2 at different ages

Hi, We are having our first baby and are going to purchase either the Joolz Day2 or the Geo.
We're concerned about the amount of space in the basket (we don't want to be carrying baby gear and pushing the stroller).
Anyone out there have any experience or tips on if they have managed to fit everything in the Day2's basket?

Hi Matt L, Firstly, congratulations on that great news! And it's great to hear your interested in our prams. With the Day2, the storage is smaller than the Geo. However, you can purchase accessories if you find you need more room, for example the nursery bag or XL shopping bag clip onto the pram and create more storage.

Hello Matt! Congratulations for your baby! It’s difficult to answer your question as I don’t know how much you plan to carry. We have a Day 2 and it fits quite a lot of things inside. Sometimes it gets a bit tight but nothing that really caused us problems. We usually take baby things in the baby bag attached to the stroller and then a blanket, car adaptors, a towel for the park, few toys, a jacket, an umbrella, the rain cover - all in the basket. If we shop, then it gets tight. also if we want to put our jackets on it. Hope I could help, good luck with your decision.
Matt, I forgot to add. Don’t buy the Day2, wait for the Day 3. Reason: we have a day 2 and we had to change the chassis because it was making lot of noise. The retail store told us it’s happening with many clients and Joolz is exchanging this one to the day 3 chassis.

We love our Joolz Day2, however I have just recently noticed that the leatherette fabric on the pram bar is beginning to peel away on the under side. I think bubs may have punctured it with her bottom teeth. Is there any way to order a replacement?

I love our pram but lately the hood cloth starts to be somehow more loose and crumples a lot. Us there some way to fix this? Thighten it somehow? It doesnt look so nice as before :-(
