Hi is it possible to have the capsule up top, The smaller seat down the bottom and the foot board at the same time?
Hi Chelsy, Thank you for your enquiry. Unfortunately you can't have the footboard and Expandable Set ( lower /second seat) on the stroller at the same time. Additionally it's recommended to position your younger (lighter) child in the lower seat position for weight distribution. So it's best to have the capsule in the lower seat position using the adapters found following this link - external link And the main seat in the upper seat position.

You're welcome. You also can't connect the board if the capsule is installed at the base. The Geo or Geo2 can only accommodate 2 children at a time. I hope this helps.

Hi Jess, Thank you for reaching out. Expandable sets are compatible with both Joolz Geo and Joolz Geo2 models. The attachment point and configurations with seat/cot (expandableset) down the bottom are the same for both models.
Does the Joolz Day+ Bassinet or seat fit on the Joolz Geo2?

Hi Tara-Mae Thank you for your enquiry, unfortunately no the Geo2 summer seat is not compatible with your Geo seat frame. The Geo seat frame shape in the foot section is different to the Geo 2 seat frame.

Hi, I have a Joolz Geo2 mono in studio Gris. I want to purchase an extension kit but colour Gris is no longer available. Firstly, if I can find a second hand extension kit in Gris for a Geo will it be compatible with my Geo2 chassis? Secondly, where can I purchase a replacement upper seat fabric if I wanted to change the colour to match the current colours of the extension kits?

Secondly, you can purchase replacement fabrics by contacting The Amazing Baby Company - the Australian distributor for Joolz on inbox@tabc.com.au or by calling (03) 8872 6772.
Be mindful to update the fabrics of your Joolz Geo 2 you would need to purchase seat fabric, canopy fabric, canopy extension, and basket fabric. Then you may want to update your bassinet fabrics as well.

Hi FiS, You can use all these three together, however it leaves very limited room for the child on the toddler. There are other brands such as Bumprider which have toddler boards with extended arms, which may suit better.
We recommend trying it in-store first though.

Is the seat fabric on the Joolz Geo also used for the carrycot, I’m totally confused, is it two seperate attachements to purchase like a second carrycot or is it just an extra frame I need to purchase, Thank you
Hi Erin T, When you purchase the Joolz Geo mono, you receive the upper seat and upper bassinet, these are 2 separate components, which fit the same upper frame. You can then purchase the extension kit later on, which is the lower seat and lower bassinet. This is different from the upper components.

Hi Erin T, The Geo2 carrycot frame will fit the Geo model, however you will need the Geo2 fabrics and hood as well. However, we do still have some original Geo upper bassinets available, so please feel free to email us as support@my-joolz.com.au to order one.

Hi, just wondering if the Joolz Geo is suitable for running?
Hi Dannielle, The Joolz Geo is not made as a running/jogging pram. Reason being, jogging prams must have one front wheel only and also a hand brake. However, if you lock the front swivel wheels in place on the Geo, it makes it suitable for a fast pace walk etc.

Hi I have the geo in parrot Blue, and have gone to purchase a second bassinet for the bottom as I’m expecting baby number 2. However I have been informed that I can’t purchase the bassinet to match the seat above as it’s been discontinued. So it seems as though I have no choice but to either switch prams or purchase the geo 2 bassinet for the bottom which won’t match the original geo seat. I initially bought my pram in September 2015 before my son was due and never had the option to purchase the geo 2 which I would have if I knew it was being released at the time. Is there anyway I can purchase the geo seat 2 for the top so that it all matches? What are my options? My baby is due in April.
Hi Ceyda S, The Joolz Geo model has now been discontinued, and the Geo2 has now been released, however we certainly have solutions for those need the extension kit. Just to let you know the Geo2 extension kit does fit the original Geo model, and the Parrot Blue fabrics are the same colour.

Hi, I have a Joolz Geo which is set up As a double for our bub and toddler. Is there a way to move the lower seat shoulder straps to the higher level? I can see the holes in the material to do so, but can see a zip or access to the inside of the seat to move the straps up to the higher setting

Inside each seat there are two plastic D shaped loops which look like they are for a seat belt to pass through, but I’m not sure. What are they for? They are near say where a babies waist would be..
Hi Jess, In some countries the Joolz seat can be used in the car, therefore these loops are used to put a safety strap thorough. However, in Australia the Joolz pram seat cannot be used as a car seat, so you really don't need to worry about these.
