Hi, thanks for letting us know. If your Mealio is leaking from the base around the blades, that usually indicates the blade seal/gasket isn’t seated correctly or is damaged. Please stop using the blender to avoid further leakage. Because this product should not leak under normal use, please contact our support team with your purchase details and photos of the leaking area so we can assist further or organise a repair/replacement at support@klevarange.com.au

Please unplug the unit and let it dry completely for several hours before trying to power it on again. If it still won’t switch on, it’s likely that moisture has affected the internal electronics and our support team can help assess and fix it.

What a load of cr#p these so called soup makers are always breaking down get your your money back that is if they will give it to you and then run away....... I will never recommend kleva to anyone

Hi Joey, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us and I am ever so sorry you are experiencing this issue! I have sent you through a direct message to help resolve this issue as soon as possible for you :) A product tripping electricity can sometimes be due to the plug you are using or potentially if you have a large amount of other items plugged in at the same time. Also another cause could be if your area is known for lower electricity expectancy.

I have been invited to respond to your comment. Don't know why. I am a customer and complained to Kleva that my soup maker leaked regardless of how much or little I put in. I do not use it now and it is stuck in a cupboard. It was a waste of money Fran Bannister

Thats a shame. I really loved mine. Only did soups but now it is leaking from bottom. I cannot afford to spend another $150 for a new jug replacement. I am 6 months out of warranty. I expected it yo last longer as i didn’t use it every day.

Thanks for your message.

The pumpkin will cook in the Mealio on the 30 min soup function. Please however, chop the pumpkin into small pieces to allow this to cook properly :)

No need to cook vegetables first. The meal is fantastic on the soup function. We cooked pumpkin soup the other night and it was great.

Hi Cori, Thank you for reaching out. The thick soup function can be used when you are after a thicker consistency. You can use the pulse function in the end if you would like to change the consistency more. Alternatively you can use the normal soup function which is designed to blend and break down your ingredients to create fast smooth soups. I have had this happen when trying to make hot foods/soups paste/sauce and there was not enough liquid in it during the heating process and I simply added some liquid stock after letting it cool down then started it again and all fine..If you are just making something cold then what you are using might be to thick or chunky/solid and the motor is heating up to much trying to blend the ingredients..Possibly dice the ingredients smaller..This is only a guess from another customer and not an official response.

Hi Robyn, We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your Mealio Hot & Cold Blender. The E05 message means the blender is overheating which could be due to not enough liquid being used. We advise to turn off the blender, take out the plug and let it cool down for roughly 45/50 minutes. Hi Geoff, Thank you for getting in touch! I have provided the meaning below of the error message mentioned: E01: This indicates that the lid is not on properly. Please spin the lid 180 degrees and the problem should be resolved. Please note that the lip of the lid needs to be above the handle for the Mealio to function correctly.

Hi Lawrie, I would say it makes the equivalent noise of most blenders on the market, and as such it's not the quietest of appliances. The noise level varies from a low hum to a substantial whirr depending on the speed level and the contents of the jug. I use mine everyday!

Hi firstly I love this Blender the soups are amazing and so easy. So the noise part is really not a problem for the last 15 mins of the cycle the Blender goes through its Blending process in short spurts. It is loud but its not for long. The blending burst is usually for 30sec at a time and there is about 10 to 15 of these over the next 10mins then the last few mins is just for last heating. Its not a problem at ll.

Hi Lawrie. The noise was a surprise to me as my other appliances seem to purr or whizz a lot softer. However now, it just blends in with the rest of my kitchen and whilst it is louder, I seem to block it out and look forward to the beautiful soup or smoothie in 30 mins :-)

Hi Joan, Thank you for your question. The Mealio Hot & Cold Blender has a thick soup function, this creates a slightly thicker blend than the soup function. However it does still blend the ingredients to a soup like consistency.

I don't know what a 'moral' blender is. The Mealio can be used as a normal blender, liquidiser as well. Makes great soup and smoothies too Shirley, hope this helps.
