Is Kogan insurance reliable and easy if need to claim and if do online do they mail out policy to you with details and have cooling off period

Does Kogan comprehensive car insurance include roadside assistance? or I need to buy it separately. Didn't mentioned anywhere at their website.

If I sell my car with comprehensive cover and purchase a new vehicle will the policy be transferred immediately to the new car
Hi tjr, you can transfer to the new car immediately, you would need to call us up and of course, there may be a different cost (where you would either get a discount if the policy is cheaper or have to pay more if the policy for the new car is more expensive)
