I got my LED mask a week ago and it worked great. Then it started to turn off after maybe 10 seconds, even fully charged. I've sent 2 requests for contact and nothing from them. Has anyone else had this problem

I just received my Lux Skin microdermabrasion kit. Should a light come on when recharging? I have it plugged in to recharge but there is no light indicating that it is recharging.
