Are there any consumers where this product has not helped? I feel they made my legs shake more and since taking for one day only, I also have RLS during the daytime, in front of TV, or the computer.

Chemists/pharmacies sell it. If they don't ask them to order it in.

Is it safe for people on psychiatric medication?

I don’t know, but you could ask a pharmacist or contact Martin and Plesance. I haven't had any issues with it, I do take medication that can be sensitive to other medications. Its great stuff and I swear by it. My husband uses M&P Sleep Relife, he is on some very hefty meds, he’s had no issues, he also loves it. Hope this is helpful:)

Can RLR be taken with sifrol?

Blackie

Hi Malcolm. I think your main concern in mixing sifrol with RLR would be not to over medicate. I'm sure your chemist would be able to advise you further. I mix RLR with Magnesium Oil to get extra relief. Best wishes. Pauline

How do you use it, rub it on or what

You spray it under your tongue

You spray 4 sprays under your tongue and hold there for a few seconds. Results should be evident in about 10minutes.

Is it ok to take this medication if you have had a heart surgery?

Blackie
Blackie

Hello Sandy. I'm not sure whether RLR is ok for someone who has heart surgery or not. RLR is a relaxant for sure as one sleeps quite well after taking just four drops under the tongue at night and it puts a stop to the 'twitching' legs. However, best to check with your doctor or Martin & Pleasance direct. You may find though that your doctor has never heard of this medication so will probably tell you to not take it. Better also then to check direct with Martin & Pleasance. I find them very helpful. Best of luck.

What is RLR please?

Blackie
Blackie

RLR is a medication specifically designed to assist with the relief from the debilitating ailment of 'restless legs '; an uncontrollable urge to move parts of your body mainly the legs and mainly at night. RLR relieves the body of this urge and enables the body to sleep peacefully.

Hi I am currently taking Sifrol for restle legs and Allegon for Fibromyalgia

After taking Lyrica for 5 years and I needed to get off due to side effects.

I have no side effects with new tablets, but would like a more natural relief, but can you use this long term , every night with Magnesium powder and hopefully wean off the above Sifrol tablets

And where can you purchase in Perth Australia

I take RLR intermittently depending on my sleep patterns and find it works promptly most times or I follow their instructions. However for my RL which can affect the rest of your body at times I take Garberpentum medication. RLR I have purchased at Chemist warehouse, some Chemist and online direct from MP. Not sure if RLR can always be the only solution to RL but is certainly an excellent first responder.

Do you spray it in your mouth?

nay
nay

Hi, yes I spray it under the tongue, 3-4 squirts. Its an acquired taste lol.. If my legs are already playing up then it won't help but if I use it during the arvo it generally does help keep it at bay :)
