A full paint job with all the preparation would cost 5-10 K so not worth it. Just touch it up and drive it till the wheels fall off.

Power windows and power seat button not working
The ventilation switching from cold to hot ventilation makes a ticking sound and does not switch over from cold to hot. Its an electronic set up. Is there a sketch/outlay of the system set up anywhere for one to look at to sort out the problem? I am guessing that there is an electric motor that rotates something via a gear mechanism and perhaps a tooth on the gear is brocken that stops it from completing the operation and at that brocken point it is making the ticking sound. Can anyone help here please.
The best I can advise is to take the glove box out it requires removing about 6 screws and on the top of the firewall, you will see a good part of the water valve, once you have that test and see if you can spot the problem in that location.

Which electrical relay controls the engine coolant temperature fan on Magna 04 TL Operators manual and fuse cover does not mark relays. Coolant fan operates when unplugged and then hot wired
There should be diagrams on the fuse box lid under the bonnet with fans indicating cooling system. The fan won't cut in till the engine is at full operating temp the gage will read halfway or maybe a bit past halfway before fan starts to run.
What grade of oil is best suited to a 2004 TL Mitsubishi Magna
Sumer time use 10 w 30 and in very cold winter use 5 w 30, in Australia 10 w 30 is most often fine all year round.
