I have a models prefer USB rechargeable hair straightener that was purchased a couple of years ago. It has 2 pinky gold controls. I do not have the instructions on how it works or maybe it is broken as I haven't used it. When you plug it in the heating degrees light up but that's it, stays cold..

I love the Models Prefer infinite colour eye pencil in Teal. It highlights my eyes so well behind my glasses but the outer core of the pencil is so hard that it is almost impossible to sharpen and I waste so much product. I have 2 different cosmetic pencil sharpeners and have the same result with each of them. Such a waste. Do you recommend a particular sharpener for this eyeliner?

I have Models Prefer Brush n' Blush. It's a powder blush in tube with brush in the base of the tube. I think this is the best thing since sliced bread. I wish I could still buy it. I don't wear makeup all the time so I still have it. But wish this product was still available to purchase. I have tons of other blush products but when I do wear makeup I most always wind up using the Models Prefer powder blush in the tube with the brush in the base of that tube. Nobody seems to have anything like this in powder blush form. The bottom of the tube has this information Lot/Batch No. 05; CT 06708. It does not state the a name of the shade of blush it is. But I can't remember if it was only available in this one shade. I bought this many years ago from QVC. Any suggestions?

I started using the Modelsprefer eyebrow tint (medium) awhile ago. Probably the first three were perfect in colour..exact match. For months now all the eyebrow tints I have bought give off a purple/pink colour. At first I didn’t notice. I was walking around with purple/pink eyebrows and in the sun it’s looked worse. I’ve kept purchasing it, in hope that I would finally find one that was right but I haven’t. Can you please tell me why the colour changes? (I don’t have any makeup on when I apply it to my eyebrows.)

Hi, I wasn't able to find a website for ModelsPrefer. I just bought a colour protect hairbrush with argan oil but cannot find any information on how the bristles are infused with oil, how the oil is released, and how long the protection benefits last? I bought a radial brush which I intend to use with a hairdryer - would heat and moisture release the oil faster?

Where can I find Models Prefer contact number?

Hello, sorry I really don't know how to find it. In my frustration I created my comment about their makeup bag to warn people. I would of asked them to refund me otherwise.

That's the million dollar question! If they were traceable, that would be my first course of action. They don't even have an independent website that I could find, much less a phone number. I believe they are Priceline's own brand exclusive to Priceline. When I approached Priceline, they weren't helpful at all. Sorry, that's all I have.

really? that's a pain, I spent a heap of money on a mascara and it was horrible did not work at all and I was wanting a refund as it was falsely advatised

Has anyone else had a problem with their hair bands? I decided to buy their thick black super stretch hair bands for my 11-year-old whose hair is really long and thick, and the hair bands keep breaking. I haven't had this problem with Scunci brand or any others.

Sorry I have never used them. I usually purchase the Woolsworths select brand. They are a soft fabric, I have very fine hair that breaks easily and can't use the thicker elastic type hair bands.

I'm planning to buy the models prefer fashionista eyeshadow palette because its only $10 each.I don't really need something that is really high quality but just want to know if its good, the quality/pigmentation?

Hi eliza. I stopped buying models prefer as i found it didnt last long enough, that was the mascara base. i actually use now Designer Brands DB makeup, and find it excellent. I have the N/E , lipsticks, blush, foundation - mineral, mascara, eyelash base, their products are brilliant. i must put a review on here for them. You could also look at the new brand colour theory from amcal chemists made by sigma. Tried nail polish for $4.00 very impressed. all products not tested on animals. Alex anything further please ask, happy to advise.

I use your Models Prefer matte primer and now that the bottle is about half way through I'm struggling to get any product out. I've even tried to warm the primer with my blow dryer to thin the product out but with no success. I've had the product a couple of months and its frustrating, I'm rushing to get ready and I'm having to spend more time getting the primer out than I am on the rest of my makeup. Please help, it's a great product but not worth the trouble if I'm having to throw half of it out and buy something else?

Good evening, yes i have found that brand not that good long term now. I was using the eye lash primer also, but that didnt last long. The best primer i have tried is Innoxa Pure silk Skin primer. i purchase from Priceline. Its a gel and wow, what a smooth finish i getwith foundation or mineral powder. Worth the 20.00 on special or 25.00 if full price. Designer brands primer isnt bad either, but i no longer even look at Models prefer. It does not go the distance . any further queries, please ask.

Hi is the Innoxia a Matte Primer? Even though I'm in my 40's I still have the oily skin of a teenager. The MP product is great for being Matte but not the effort to get it out. Thanks for answering though I appreciate it.
