I bought a Mondella goose neck sink mixer. When water turned on only cold water side works. If the hoses are changed over still only cold water side works.

I purchased a new kitchen mondella tap from bunnnings and installed it and found to be faulty(.returned tap with reciept at bunnings for a same mondello exchange.Bunnings Manager said they wanted a certificate of compliance.Is this correct just for a faulty product.Pleaswe advise thanks

We have a Mandela Resoance a sink Mixer installed I purchased late May 21, worked fine now the tap fitting keeps falling off, it appears the grub screw will not hold it in place. Causing great stress and damage to dishes. What’s the answer to the problem. Stuart

I purchased the Mondella kitchen mixer with vegetable spray MON0883, but did not realise the flow rate was only 6L per minute. Not takes forever to fill anything. Can I take a water restricter out of the mixer so I get better water pressure? I do t want to have to replace the mixer, if I don’t have to.

I bought a mondello rococo square flair shelf. Installed OK except for the plastic grub screw that holds the glass shelf in. The ones i got when tightened do not tighten enough to hold the shelf in. It is like they have been over tightened once and now no longer suitable. Where can i buy new grub screws. I bought it bran new from bunnings .... it might of been a returned item. New grub screws should fix my problem.

Hi I have a Mondella resonance chrome pull out sink mixer. The screw which connects to the pullout head has dropped back deep into the mixer spout. Is it possible to take the base section off to access the screw and fix it. Thank you.

I bought a Shaw & Mason WELS 3 Star 9L/min White Basin Set, however the original spout has a square base rather than a round base. Will the above spout of the set still fit? thank you, Sue
