National Car Brokers Questions & Answers
VerifiedAs I have previously submitted comments in regards to National Car Brokers and the non information I was getting in regards to my new car purchase, it seems that I was not the only one where Christopher David took my deposit for my vehicle and didn't pass it on to the dealer and I too had to fork out the deposit amount again. The dealer contacting me and informing me what had happened was the first I knew about it and I must thank that dealer (Nowra Motor Group) for helping me in regards to the amount to be paid. Mr David has committed a crime, ( it looks like many times over ) and should be dragged before the courts for all the monies he has stolen.
Do you Chris the owner of NCB feel guilty stealing deposits for over 12 months to keep your business afloat.
Chris disappeared with my deposit too. I was required to pay the deposit again to take delivery of my new car.
Anyone can put a legal action against him? When was he started disappeared?
Do you find Toyota Commuter vans??
Did not look or want a commuter van. Was after Subaru forester
Do you look for the best price on cars internationally? I am looking to purchase a vehicle from the US, do you do all the ground work.
Why are all the reviews here published 6 months ago. None newer, none older.
Did anybody have to pay a $2K "commitment" deposit before the consultant goes out to look for a deal for you?
Hi Tom, I have used national car brokers twice now and on both occasions the process was easy. I was provided with a price before having to cough up the $2000 holding deposit, and that money goes to the dealer, not the broker, so you should know not only the price but where the car is coming from. The only issue I have had with NCB is delays getting my deposit back as my cars were 100% financed through a lease. There was a bit of back and forth between the dealer and broker, but eventually I did get back my deposit, although this won’t be a problem if you are buying it privately as the 2G will just come off your settlement balance. But I would still recommend them, so much better than negotiating directly.
