Hi, does your Australian 'coverage' have any 'black spots' - ie where you don't have great coverage. For example, if I decided to travel to Perth from Sydney is your service consistent? Thanks Bryan
Hi Bryan & thanks for the question. There are some places along the route where you might have to pay excess to get a roadside provider or tow truck to you depending on how far they have to travel vs your coverage limit, or if you need towing above your allowed distance. We will always endeavor to provide you with an accurate quote before booking though and these black spots are generally the same for every roadside provider no matter if it's through insurance, warranty or retail. Not every town along the Nullarbor has its own tow truck for example and for a trip like that we would always advocate for a customer to be extra prepared in the event of the unexpected happening.
Kind regards Fabian
Can you please confirm if the towing limits 250km under the platinum package are per event and not in the the aggerate annual amount
Hi Simon and thank you for the opportunity to respond. The 250km round trip on the Platinum Plus, is broken into 2 sections of 125km. The distance to get to your breakdown location and the distance you need to be transported (if you need transport). This is calculated per event as you suspected. Kind regards from the RSA team.
Does this company also offer complete all mechanical repairs cover Thankyou
Hi Craig, Thanks for your enquiry. We offer the 5 basic roadside assist services - 1. Mechanical breakdown towing 2. Assisted starts in case of a flat starter battery 3. Lockout assistance 4. Tyre changes and finally 5. Out of fuel assistance. We reccommend having your vehicle towed to an authorised repairer in case of a mechanical break down. Regards and let us know if you have any further queries.

How many cars can I have under one name , does the age of the car matter
Thanks for the great question Bernadette. Here at National Roadside Assist, we can put as many cars as you have under one person’s name, however each car must have it’s own separate individual policy attached to it. The age of the vehicle must be under 20 years as well.
