The water tank leaks its contents onto the benchtop as soon as the tank is place into the coffee machine. Is there a seal missing on the water valve and if so is it availabe as a spare part?

Hello nestle, if only you can give us the size of the o ring rubber, we can fix our machine on our own, there are o ring rubber you can buy online at amazon, bangood.. Etc.. But the problem is we dont know the size of the o ring.. Pls provide us that info.. (Inner diameter, outer diameter and thickness)

Remove the old O Ring and take it to a bearing and seal place they can match one up as I did just that yesterday

Hi Bruno, unfortunately we can’t assist you with this request; we don’t recommend dismantling the machine to replace o-rings as it can be tricky to reassemble the machine in the correct manner to ensure that it works safely.

Yep mine does the same ... pulled rear cover off only to find a big round seal that the tank sits in ... leaking there

Yes, but it solidifies quickly so be sure to clean the coffee chamber ASAP after brewing

You can use What ever you like I use Moccona , also put the sugar in the top with the Coffe, can also make Milo

Instructions to operate

Add Teaspoon Coffee in Top of Machine. Turn on first, Green Button will Flash, put your Sugar and Milk in your Cup/Mug, turn top lever to right, then back to middle, stir ingredients in mug, give it another go to the right, stop it, stir again, now switch to the left to froth it, you can then go right again then left as you want, ENJOY

Step 1: Simply add your usual amount of NESCAFÉ BLEND 43. Step 2: Add your usual amount of milk to your glass and turn the knob left to froth your milk. Stop when desired amount of froth is achieved. Step 3: Turn the knob to the right and watch the beautiful coffee layers form. Stop when desired amount is achieved and enjoy!
