Just amazed anyone can contact ninja. Very poor customer service. 11 am and the phones lines say it's outside business hours. Or another number claims there's a statewide public holiday in NSW.... Incredibly poor. If any one knows how if it's possible to connect with them let me know.

If you go on E BAY you will find a lot of suppliers for all the Ninja Parts. You a lucky yours is still working-mine just stopped for no reason. Good Luck. I might have to give you my blade aye!
