We own a Nuwave Oxypure Zero Air purifier purchased in February 2021. The large capacity air purifier has a red light on that says I need to clean filter 2, which has been clean 3 times in a week but the red light will not go off. Is there something I can do that will turn that light off?
You have to reset it as per manual. Press and hold down TIMER for 2 seconds until a beep is heard. Yours might be diferent. Ours lit up for dirty filter 2 but it was clean as on the first day, which should not be.
My nuwave purifier has for the last two days showed that my air quality is bad.. nothing I do changes it.. closed doors moving it to different spots putting it on ultimate clean ..
My neighbours are cigarette smokers and the smell comes into my home. Will this help eliminate the smell. If yes, I have a doggy door that stays open when I’m not here and the house smells when we return, will it still be effective?
What is the cost of the hepa filters

Does it get rid of lint in air?

I have just purchased a second hand nuwave & It seems to be very noisy, can you please help?
Shut 'Auto' down and press the Fan Button to your 'Noise' liking ( 1 bar for instance in Bedrooms or Living ).
Additionally, as a test, run on Auto for 30 min to see if it does settle if not do as mentioned before.

How bright is the light if placed in a dark room?

how noisy is it on high speed?

Our unit is six months old. We have an open-concept floor plan. We move the unit close to the cook-top when frying foods. The unit use to show all the lights on "Odor" when cooking such things as onions, etc. Now it stays green lit on "odor," but does light all under "Dirty Air." Is there a fix?
I have a 930sq.ft. vehicle wrap print shop. The printing process produces an odor from the printer ink. I’m sure your filter will remove the dust from the air but will it remove the fumes I smell from the printer?
It has a HEPA/Activated Carbon Combo Filter and that captures fumes, gases, and Volatile Organic Compounds like printing fumes BUT you would need 2 Air purifiers for that size space and a few replacement filters a light comes on when the filter needs replacing. Hello, I’m in the process of buying an air purifier so I’m busy reading reviews and specs etc. on various models. Came across a big ‘MUST NOT HAVE’ in air purifiers - plasma wave produces ozone molecules which makes you sick especially people with chronic respiratory problems. Does your model produce plasma waves ? Excuse my uninformed question - but - Is an ozone filter similar ? Kind Regards Lynette

Product Review has been pretty good with independent reviews over time, so reading reviews here helped make my decision easier. I must admit I had not heard of Plasma Wave in Air Purifiers. Hello, I’m in the process of purchasing an air purifier so I’m busy reading reviews, and specs etc on various models. I came across a definite negative aspect in some models . It’s called plasma wave which produces ozone molecules. These molecules make you very sick especially if you have a chronic respiratory disease. Does your model produce these plasma waves ? Excuse my uninformed question but I see mentioned in your specs ozone filters - is there any connection with plasma waves producing ozone molecules ? Kind Regards Lynette.

How effected is this purifer in home with smokers?
Hi Kathleen, Our Air Purifier is very powerful with it's 4 stage filtration system. It filters out smoke, dust, viruses and bacteria within 2 hours of detection. Our HEPA/CARBON Filter is the filter that captures and clears odours.
Do you have to replace the filters or are they washable?
Hi there, Our unit has a powerful 4 stage filtration system. 3 of the 4 filters are reusable for up to 20 years. Only one filter requires replacing yearly. When you order you will receive an extra one as well.
By looking at the amount of activated carbon in it which is not alot most likely the combo filter need replacing at 6month mark
Will the nuwave oxypure unit work with out WiFi, I don't have WiFi?
Yes it does still run without the WiFi. WiFi is not needed to operate the unit. I barely use the WiFi function on my unit.
