It should of been offered in the first place! Your company used my details and racked up hundreds of dollars in tolls and noone apologies. I am still having problems with the car, if they had listened in the first place about sending it away to Holden, they could of told you what was wrong with the car and I would not of needed a loan car!

Why can my car be replaced as my car has just been purchased and its been in the mechanic more than I have had it. Fair trading said I am entitled to a car that works. I feel like costumers relations never return your calls. And sale a smug sarcastic and not very nice men. I am not happy at all on how I have lost work as I have had no car. Why does it take you so long to do warranty work? My daughter has an issue with a car that she purchased and has been told that warranty work can not be carried out on her vehicle till the end of March. I did a trade in deal 29 days ago. You took my car on the day, sent me off in a loan car and gave me the vehicle I traded for 15 days later. I had to return this vehicle 6 days later due to an oil leak caused by your mechanics. I currently don't have my original vehicle or the vehicle I "purchased". I also don't have a disposal slip for the vehicle I bought from you therefore can't put it into my name. You have my $54000 vehicle in your possession yet won't return it nor will you replace the broken vehicle you sold me. Never again will I deal with or recommend OzCar.

I am having the same issues with my car, they said the replace the engine, I haven't even had it a day and the engine lights back on. The sales people just laughed at me when I said their problems with the car again. I don't have the money to add another $100.00 a week on top of the $135.00 I pay a week for a broken car! What a joke

Thank You for a telephone communication earlier today although it was disappointing that this issue appears to be of no concern to your organisation. The issue surrounding second hand methamphetamine (ice) contaminated vehicles is real and something that all sellers and buyers need to be made aware of ! This issue is being exposed through mainstream print media, talkback radio, news and current affairs programs as this issue and the consequences are going to be exposed.I am sure that the issue of methamphetamine (ice) contamination in second hand vehicles will soon be front and centre with both buyers and sellers. “ You buy it you own it “ ! The debate will then begin as to responsibility of the remediation costs and the health risks associated with transporting family, friends and pests. Thanks David P

And finally are the finance contracts fair & reasonable. ( What interests do they charge & who is their finance company) ? For example I live 340 kilometres west of their Brisbane outlet at Moorooka would they deliver to me ? Or would I have to attend the dealership.?
