why doesn't the phone numbers in my phone book show up when I receive a call from those numbers (I have caller ID)
Had this phone for approx. 1 year since getting nbn and it's never had a proper dial tone. For sometime it's not been recording messages on the answering machine. I've changed the message and it plays ok on the handsets when testing but when I ring the home line with my mobile I get the old message and it doesn't record. Any solutions?
I do not know why it would do that ... I have never changed my message, I just use the default message
Does your phone service provider have a message bank that is picking up before your phone answering machine can pick up?
We purchased a KX-TG8032ALB 3 years ago. Would now like to add 2 extra handsets to the system. Is it possible to buy 2 handsets to add to what we already have and if so where from? Thanking you
I think you can have up to 5 handsets .... not sure you would have to check the panasonic website or find the downloadable user manual .... you can buy from ebay or goodguys, jbhi .... most retail stores would carry panasonic phones
if you are unsure ring panasonic, they should be able to direct you in the right direction.
We rang Panasonic as advised. They directed us to a company who sold Panasonic Spare Parts who said they do not sell extra phones only spare parts for existing phones. JB hi fi and Harvey Norman also did not have extra units. We finally chose to buy another brand.
I have just bought this model (KX-TG8032ALB). So far, I've been unable to increase the volume I hear in the handsets. The volume is far too soft, and unless the problem can be remedied, I'll need to return the phone. Can anyone help me identify a handset volume increaser?
While talking on the phone use the 4 arrow button ..... press the up arrow to increase the volume and the down arrow to decrease the volume to do it quickly press the green answer button then adjust volume to desired level using the 4 arrow button (the big square button).
Thank you Darren. Have now done what you described so well - but - the unit now produces a loud muffled voice reproduction instead of its previous soft muffled sound. Have returned it to retailer. Now reverted to old Uniden until.
1. What is the difference between the TG8032 and TG9033 models of Panasonic cordless phone?
2. Are they the latest and best models?
3. Can an additional repeater be bought? If so, is there any problem.about using more than one repeater; e.g. at each end of a house?
it is the number of hand sets TG8032 is 2 handsets

or if you can use multiple repeaters at once
