A JIVE3 seat will fit onto a JIVE2 pram as the connections are the same :)

They are pretty much the same. They use the same adapters.

The JIVE5 and METRO5 bassinets are essentially the same, they have some differences in terms of the finishes and materials but have the same SEPCS and 'function.

Hi, I have a Jive 2 pram and some of the brown leather handle is coming apart. I searched the website but couldn't see replacement handles, is there somewhere I can find this as the rest of the pram is in great condition. Thank you, Natalie.

Thank you for getting in touch, yes, the bassinets are compatible with the METRO Lite provided you have the adaptors to connect the bassinet.

There was a change in the bumper connection in 2020 - they aren't compatible I'm afraid.

Hi there, I have just bought a pre-loved 2017 JIVE pram but it needs new replacement rear wheels (the outer inflatable rubber part). The replacement wheels on the website say they are not compatible with 2016/17 models so where can I purchase them from? It wwas manufactured in Nov 2017 and has the one foot pedal brake on the right. Not sure how to buy wheels or from what site? Thanks.

Hi there, I am also in the same situation with my JIVE Pram, my wheels have broken and cannot find replacement parts which is very disappointing considering this pram is only 6 years old… Some direction on where to purchase or fix this issue would be appreciated.

Hi there, I have since been able to replace the wheels on the 2017 JIVE which I bought for my sister by purchasing the wheels off the Pram Fix website, they fit perfectly and pram is working good as new now. they are not cheap but worth it. Hope that helps?

Hi there I was wondering if anyone having problem with the harness, the one I have the belt/harness lock got lose it won’t click, is there anyway I can replace it?

Hi Bidoor, Thanks for reaching out to us. To use our 5-point safety harness you will need to: 1. Place one clip into the buckle, smooth side up (the other side has holes that need to be at facing the seat)

2. Push/snap it in a backwards motion, you will then hear a click indicating it has locked into place.

3. Repeat this process with the other clips.

Yes, the bassinet are compatible between the different models provided that you have the bassinet adaptors.

Thanks for your question. Yes, the METRO and JIVE components are compatible with each other, however, we don't sell the METRO/JIVE Chassis separately.
