Hi, can any Jive/ Metro bassinets fit onto a Jive2 pram?
Hi, can you replace the 5 point harness on jive 2 pram seat?
Hi Katrina
The JIVE2 harness can be replaced but this would be a whole new seat fabric. Redsbaby do have these available for purchase, please get in contact with our team for further information.
Hi there, regarding my jive2 pram, I am finding the front wheels are catching and stopping good tipping the pram when trying to go up a 1-2cm lip (I.e. crossing the road and getting back onto the footpath). Is this something that a wheel replacement may fix of just part of the pram function? Thanks!
Hi Meghan, We're sorry to learn of this issue. We would recommend replacing your front wheels, we sell these as spare parts via our website for your model of pram. We also recommend when using the pram to take care when changing terrains and when going over uneven surface levels (inclines/declines/curbs/ obstacles) with your pram. Ensure you apply pressure to the handle to lift the front wheels over uneven surface levels or when meeting an incline or decline as required (also called ‘popping’ the front wheels).
Hi, love the pram I got given a navy Redbaby Jive2 Second hand recently and just was wondering how do I adjust handle to go both ways front side of pram to push and see baby at the same time and adjusted to the back side so I can push baby without seeing him directly if that makes sense only from the mesh/net behind pram where you can see baby from that position when pushing pram…Otherwise pram is so great I Love it and don’t understand how people have issues with it, we are so lucky to have so much more advanced things like the redbaby pram rather than back in time where we didn’t have so many richer options for example,my parents time and upbringing…not that Is was a issue just I guess we are more fortunate now and I’m appreciative from back than to now!!! Thanks
Hi Tanya, The handlebar doesn't move, but you can change the seat direction. On either side of the seat, there are tabs that you can push in to remove the seat from the pram frame, and then you'll be able to turn it around to face you or the world.
The pram will only fold with the seat on, when the seat is facing the world and in the most upright position.
We have a video that demonstrates this in more detail on our Redsbaby YouTube channel: external link

Hi Rovelyn, We have some great information on our website for the bassinet stands and use previous versions of the JIVE and METRO. external link Please let me know if you have any questions. Brooke - RB Team
Hi there did you find out if jive 2 bassinet fits jive 3 stand?
Why does the bassinet tilt forward . Looks bad
Hi Sylvia, Thanks for getting in touch. When the bassinet is assembled correctly, it should sit level on the pram frame. We would recommend ensuring that all internal stands have been assembled correctly as per the video link below:

Are the Jive2 discontinued ?
Hi Natasha, The JIVE 2 range is coming to an end as we have the 2020 range arriving in late February 2020. We have designed the new accessories to be compatible with existing models (like the second seat conversion kits).

Hi, i have had the tandem jive for a while now. I mostly love it but for going on walks on hilly surfaces it is not so enjoyable. I previously had the front wheels replaced as the pram was favouring one side steering-wise. However i have found (and it seems to have gotten worse since the children have gotten bigger), that everytime i try to cross the road with the pram the front wheels get stuck when i go to roll back onto a footpath and it is difficult to get the pram to go up or down any slopes without the front wheels catching and halting the pram. So you have to try and tilt the whole pram upwards at the front to get back onto a footpath... Should i be using the front wheel locks? Will this fix the issue? These are ordinary sealed roads and footpaths with some hills.
Hi BKL1983, Thank you for getting in touch and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your pram. We recommend that when you are moving from a flat surface to a different incline, to pop the front wheels up and roll over the gutter or ramp using the rear wheels.
We would like to ensure that your pram is working as it should. Please reach out to the team on 1300 344 964 or info@redsbaby.com.au so we can assist as soon as possible.

Hi
Just got our Jive2 and are happy with it, just wondering if it's normal for the bassinet to wobble back and forward a little when being used, or if something is amiss.
Thank you
Hi Lauren, Thank you for getting in touch We've got a great video from our Redsbaby You Tube channel that shows the normal movement that your seat and bassinet should have, here is the link for you: external link
If you feel that your seat or bassinet moves more than this amount, please take a short video and send it to info@redsbaby.com.au so that our warranty team can investigate this for you.
When assessing the movement, it is important to remember that you're able to move these parts by hand more than they would move naturally when the pram is in motion. There has to be the ability for these parts to move as they absorb the impact of when the pram is in motion.

Hi I have inserted the seat liner into my Jive2 Platinum pram. It’s not locking up when I want to pack the pram away. Am I bake to pack away the pram with the seat liner on?
Is it a Redsbaby liner? You shouldn’t have any issue folding down the pram with any liner on, I’ve used thin and padded ones (both not Redsbaby) and was still able to fold mine down. Just make sure you push your basket at the bottom of the pram inward and ensure the straps are inside the pram.
Hi A.O, When you are using the JIVE ² seat liner, you should be able to fold as per normal. We advise that the seat is fully upright and in the forward-facing position. When the seat is fully tucked in, you may need to apply pressure to the tip of the leatherette handlebar to lock the frame.

Hi, I’ve just purchased a Jive2 and cannot seem to lock the five point harness. Not matter what I do they do not clip/lock into place. Does anyone have any idea if I’m missing something or is it perhaps faulty?
Hi have you tired to click in and push backwards?
Hi Tay, Thank you for your question. The 5 point harness clip does require you to place the clasps into the centre circle buckle and the press or 'click' the clasp back to lock it in place. I have added a video below for you:

Ours redsbaby jive 2 has a strange thing happening with the front left wheel.
It keeps sticking and dragging for a second every 5-10 seconds when moving. Seems like it is slightly raised off the ground.
Even when I swap the wheels the front left stays with this issue.
Any idea why?
Hi Kurtis, Thank you for your question, this doesn't sound like normal wheel function as they should continue to roll on different terrain (within reason) and shouldn't become stuck or be off the ground if you are on a flat surface.

Hi. Is anyone having problems about locking the 5 point safety harness on the pram? I have unlocked it and can’t lock it back. Won’t clip to the center buckle at all. I have Redsbaby Jive 2018.
Hi Emre, Thank you for your question. The 5 Point harness buckle on the Redsbaby JIVE2 requires you to place the buckle into the circle clasp and then you need to press down (or towards where baby sits) to lock the clip into place. Please be in touch with customer care on 1300 344 964 or info@redsbaby.com.au if you need any assistance with this feature.

The instructions should be clearer! I had the same problem
I have same problem with my Jive 3 platinum.
I recently bought Jive2 Platinum and still got the chance of 30 days return. I do love all the features of pram the only concern is about the fabric cleaning. I am not sure how important it is for the fabric to be washed in washing machine, as on the instruction of this pram it is recommended to clean it with sponge. I got the light gray color and really worried if it is going to be stained and dirty. Please if anyone has experience with this pram let me know how they deal with cleaning. Thanks!
You should buy pram linens so you can change and clean easily. It also give your bub a extra comfy seat
The guy at the demo recommended using baby wipes to clean. I also recommend getting the seat liner to protect it as much as possible. The good thing about the Jive is that when it folds, the seat is facing inwards which gives it greater protection from getting marks on it!
Hi Behnaz, Thank you for your question. The Redsbaby JIVE and METRO are designed to be easy to use and easy to clean. Each of the material components is removable and each has their own care label to follow. We can recommend the seat liners as an easy way to keep the seat unit clean and the liners are easily removable and washable.

Hi just wondering if the bottom seat on the jive 2 tandem reclines?
Yes it sure does recline. There are videos on how to use the jive2 on their website which shows how to use the pram.
Hi Holly, If you are referring to the second toddler seat on the JIVE tandem, this seat doesn't recline. It sits as a static semi-reclined position which is great for your toddler when they are awake and also for naps on the go. Please be in touch with customer care on 1300 344 964 if you have any further questions :)

Can anybody tell me if the reds baby jive is ok for off road/ red dirt track walks? Where I live there re heaps of bush paths but are all unsealed red gravel and I want to know if the rocking/vibrations are ok for baby?
Hi Kate, Thank you for your question about the JIVE². Redsbaby prams have been designed for urban use and provide great performance on all terrain i.e. going for walks over gravel, grass being out and about (sidewalks).
Our prams (METRO and JIVE) both come with four-wheel suspension, which is based on an internal spring system (within the front wheel housing and the rear wheel axle).
Other features of the wheels which provide the best performance includes:
*Front swivel wheel locks: stability on uneven terrain and long distances
*Four wheel suspension: easy push and a smoother ride
*Four wheel design: optimum weight distribution, providing more stability on curbs and uneven surfaces
I hope this helps :)
