tbh I haven't taken it again myself I had a severe reaction and couldn't breathe I think its dangerous my son wanted some but I wouldn't let him have it after my reaction

Hi Ma. To be honest l don't know. I have high blood pressure and my doctor wants to me on tablets if l can't get my weight down. Both types of Reducta never gave me a problem with heart flutters or anything like that. I still take the regular white Reducta tabs with no problems. You can buy them online. Chemist warehouse. Just be careful of the brown ones containing saffron. They really did make me feel sick. And jitterrery which might increase blood pressure. Overall they are no wonder drug but with a well balanced diet and white tabs l am slowly losing weight. Good luck with it all. Hope this helped. :-)

Hi mollie45 , When I told the doctors in the emergency room that Reducta was the only thing I took that day and the day before they didn't seem to care too much.I don't drink , smoke or take drugs and I drink only 1 small flat white coffee in the morning. As I said in my previous post I've never had hbp problems before and after that episode my blood pressure came to normal values.

Hi S.k4, You dont want to lose it fast. the faster you lose it the more you'll gain when you come of any diet program. My doctor has put me on Duromine and im happy with losing 2-3kg a month. I have really cut down on my carbs, no sugar and drinking alot more water then what i use to, Plus smaller meal sizes as well. Yes i do go for my regular check ups at my doctors. I did almost forget 30 minute walk each day or every second day
