How do I clean the filter on this model?

Hi Tracy, if you Google this you will see two videos that show the top mounted filter, easy job for sure.

My AC has power to outdoor and indoor unit. But the AC won't turn on. Manual button won't turn on, also the remote won't turn on. It was working fine and suddenly it won't turn on.

I have a faulty indoor condensor PCB controller that blew. First diode and now no communication to outdoor unit Have tried to source a part, but cost equivalent to a complete brand new unit . Doesnt seem right?
