Sealy Posturepedic Enhance Questions & Answers
VerifiedMay you please explain the difference between the "early Enhance Ledger Plush Double Mattress" vs
" SEALY Enhance Ledger Firm Double Mattress"? Also i am a little worried to buy this bed as some of the reviews suggest that the bed has a dent like affect in the mattress, may you please clarify. As well can you let me know if the standard sealy base i buy with this bed is there coils in the base for support. Thank you
I am sorry that I cannot explain the difference between either of the mattresses that you have named. However I can gladly recommend SEALY Luxor medium mattress. Should your weight be of that similar of my wife and myself, weighing 62kgs and 73kgs respectively.
Our Sealy bed was delivered yesterday and so we had our first sleep in it last night. It is the Guthega Enhance. It was sold to us as medium firmness by Snooze and it was replacing a firm Sleepmaker. It was incredibly hard - so much so that sleeping on my side my knee bones hurt - and much harder than the firm Sleepmaker. After only one night there is already an impression left where we slept. Both my husband and I are slim. Can you please explain? I'm thinking ww should have read these reviews before purchasing the bed.
Hi Brigid, thanks for contacting us. It does take a little bit of time to settle into a new mattress, and some adjusting, as well as some compression of the foam (only slight) from sleeping on it for the first time. Have to you tried calling our customer care team? There are a number of options they can take you through to try and can give you more detail about settling in. Please if you could give our customer care team a call on 1300 130 221 and we will do all we can to help you out. Many thanks, Sealy Australia
I was told by Snooze store that you don't make bases with any (Spring) support in them and that you stopped doing this 5 year ago is this correct?
Hi Charle, We do still run a Sprung Base. It is called Duraflex Foundation. Made with Titanium alloy steel modules to disperse the shocks and stresses placed on the mattress to ensure long-lasting performance and an extended comfort life for your mattress.
Snooze may have been referring to the Shock-abzzorber module, which had a different sprung system design. This module was replaced by the Duraflex Foundation around 4 years ago, as the new design provides greater stability and reduces lateral movement.
We hope this helps,
Sealy
