Is the Stockholm mattress a Flex mattress

Hi Christine, it will say if it's a "Flex" model on the Customer Care Label which is located on either the Foot End or Head End of the mattress down the centre seam. If you need anything else please feel free to get back in touch.

We bought Sealy Stockholm mattress about 13 months ago. We were following directions of sales person and literature that came with mattress. After thirteen months the mattress has developed sagging in the hip and shoulder region. This developed after after the first month, but we persisted with the rotation. Sagging got worse. We think it is greater than the 32mm considered acceptable. How do we Measure the sag so we can complain to store or manufacturer? Just eyeballing the dip it looks more like 45-50mm at the hip and maybe 35-40 at the shoulder. My husband weighs 80kg and I weigh 58.
