The interaction i had with them sheds n homes stole 3 k off me was basicly too bad so sad and even if you pay us we arent building your shed. Take from that what you will but this company definately does not stand by their product or attempt to help their customers

Hi, yes reading these reviews are very concerning. Seems Brisbane franchise are a disgrace as are others around the country. Thank you for your response and sharing your experience. Was just hoping Gold Coast franchise was ok and not shonky but I don’t think we will risk it ! We we told we would have to get our own builder. Seems they only supply the shed kit .

I found the Gold Coast Branch absolutely fantastic. I have been dealing with Scott for several months. I am building it myself so am organising my own slab etc. The shed has been delivered and Scott at the Gold Coast Branch has the best customer service. I can't fault them.

Please do not trust these guys. I got screwed and have a shed sitting in my yard, told me i had to pay in full before delivery. yet they had not done the slab, however I did as the contract stated and paid in full. They made no contact, head office ignored us. We had to pretend we were interested in opening a franchise just to speak to a person. WE were told we werent the firast to do that. the shed is still sitting on our yard and qbcc wont do anything because no buiklding started.

Grego, apparently each Sheds n Homes is a franchise. I’m still chasing up my slab and build for my shed through the Brisbane/Kallangur branch which is permanently closed, but has an active message bank. I’ve had no joy trying to get help through their head office and am at the stage of reporting them to QBCC. As a Veteran on a disability pension, I’m at a loss. I don’t understand why they aren’t completing the contract that I signed with them last December, especially when the owner of that franchise is now working in Head Office himself.
