SleepMaker ACA Emerge 300 Questions

I have a new ACA immerse 300, medium I am sinking way too far into the mattress. I Cannot sleep because of the pain. Neck, shoulders ( mostly right) and lower back/hip pain. I would so appreciate some advice.

That's a shame. Did you buy the soft mattress? I experience hip, neck and back pain, and the mattress helps so much. I bought the Medium feel. Does your bed store offer a guarantee?

I bought the medium feel, but it feels super soft. I sink deep into the mattress with my spine feeling uncomfortably curved. I am wondering if I have a mis-labelled mattress, or it is faulty. The store offers a 60-day return, but I am required to pay the difference between the two mattresses. As my medium mattress was on sale, the difference will be several $1000. I have sought physio help dealing specifically with the pain and resulting restricted movement of my neck caused by this mattress.

I have had the same mattress for a year and a half and am still very pleased with the purchase. I did think initially that it felt softer than other medium mattresses I tried out. Because it confirms to my body shape I always have a restful sleep and no aggravation of my sciatic or neck issues. Hope you can sort out your problem.

Wondering after a few years if anyone is still enjoying the SleepMaker ACA Emerge 300 Mattress. Also has anyone bought the limited edition one if so what do you think of it.

Hi Mary, I have just recently brought a medium Emerge 300 mattress and adjustable base. Well I absolutely hate the adjustable base, it was all good and well in the shop but I have only used it a few times and have found myself waking with sore upper back and neck pain. I am not sure if its good to have the head raised as your spine is not straight. I have read many good reviews about the mattress but for me I am waking sore even lying flat on it as I feel it conforms to much to the body and you sink in. I am upset as it cost quite a bit of money but I suppose it is personal preference.

Hey Jasmin, I'm finding the same. It sinks especially deeply in the middle. When my partner is lying there im being sucked into the middle. Am unsure if it's faulty or I'm being too particular... Deciding if I try to swap it and then what for.

Hi. I’m having the same issue. I’m having trouble even sleeping. I feel I’m sinking too far into the mattress and am waking sore in neck, shoulders and lower back. Wondering if you swapped, and found anything better?
