Hi I am a member of snapfitness. I pay fortnightly for myself and my teenage daughter. I wasnt aware that funds that were supposed to go into my account a few days ago hadn't. I have only just became aware of this. Due to this my account was under the amount required for my daughters and my fortnightly repayments. As soon as become aware of this I instantly transfer funds from another account to cover our membership fee. This was due to be paid on the 28th Feb, it is now early hours of the 1st match. I'm extremely sorry. How much will I be charged late fees? Regards Tammy Francis
Hi, ive been charged a couple times with late fee, because my account had insufficient funds due to bills coming in all at once. But i just wanting to know why am i been charged $7.70 but i never been told or shown about the late fee?
Hi Amanda. If there's no mention of fees in your membership agreement that you signed, then they must not charge you a late fee. I would firstly contact your bank and lodge a dispute to have that charge reversed. It may be a good idea to see the gym manager in person and see what she says. I advise you either to take someone with you to witness what the manager says, or record the conversation incase the manager denies the context of the conversation or that it took place. Snap fitness doesn't have a head office or upper management to complain to. So you're stuck with the gym manager who "holds all the cards" so to speak.

I am interested in Joining Snap Fitness in QLD however the best deal they are offering me is $14.95 for a 12 mth contract, They tell me they can waive the "Start Up Fee" of $149 but still want me to pay $69 for the Card Access. That is a total cost of $846.4 for a 12mth period. Can anyone tell me how much they pay for their Snap Fitness membership? Thanks Sonya
If your happy to be the member of only 1 gym with no access to other Snap locations you can get a year for $ 430. That is an up front payment for a full year. If you need access to different gyms try Anytime Fitness.
