Electric blanket goes on the bottom & everything else goes on top - this was advised to me by the sales assistant at Harris Scarfe.
Have bought one today, foam is very compressed from packing, how do I get it to puff up again?
Sorry for the delayed reply. That is normal as it's vacuum packed. It should be at full height (~10-15cm?) in a day or two.
We left ours lying open overnight on the lounge suite & by the following day, it had puffed up to the desired correct form.
Leave it completely open & flat overnight & it should fully puff out to the correct size.
