Thank you for your reply. I adjust the back so the pram is in laying down position but am wondering whether you can secure it somehow? My son starts in laying down position but pulls himself up into sitting position himself, pulling the back of the pram up as he goes.

Hi stef, the Britax Click & Go Bassinet is compatible with the Steelcraft Agile Elite along with the Agile Click & Go receivers (sold through baby retail stores) however, the Britax Click & Go Bassinet is no longer available. I agree, the harness can be difficult to do up. It would be easy to jam little fingers as an unnecessary amount of force is needed to push the clips in.

My understanding is that you can use with capsule however we bought it for a toddler and haven’t used that feature

I'm not sure if can replaced it, try contacting the company. Hope they can help you out. I buy a handle cover so it can last longer. Good luck

Hi MOB, thanks for your question. Steelcraft products have a 24 month repair warranty, which covers faulty materials & workmanship when used under normal conditions for the warranty period. We will repair the products free of charge within 24 months of purchase however they will need to inspect to see if they are covered by our warranty.

Yeah they're great! We've had ours for well over a year and we take ours over gravel and rocks and even taken it interstate. Very durable!

Hi Natalie, thanks for your question. To help remove the compression mark we recommend to use a hair dryer on low to medium heat and this should return the handle bar to its original shape. If this is a new pram you could get a exchange on a manufacture fault. Ask the shop and show them.

I have also had indents in my handle and today I’ve noticed a small tear. How can I get this repaired or is there a cover I can purchase to prevent it from getting worse?
