Where can I get a new steel craft savvi stroller bassinet liner? And also is there any adapters I can get to connect a maxi Cosi capsule on the pram?

The seat connector is broken, can the connector be replaced or the entire seat or pram?

It’s too big to fit in there it’s a two piece so it would need to be checked in for free though not with your kilos.

Hello, when I unfold my Savvi to the locked driving position the left side is loose and has some slack, doesn’t seem locked in correctly but it is?
Is any of it broken ? My sons one broke bot long ago left side inthknk aswell was loose when walkng the pram. So i had to throw it out.
No, none of it looks broken. All parts are in tack and where they should be, it’s just really loose and flimsy.
Hi, I have a steelcraft savi stroller and a britax unity neos capsule. I’ve misplaced my adapters for the capsule since my last bub and I’m not sure if it’s still possible for me to get them as I know it’s discontinued now. My CAT number is 30172 batch number 09 2018 and the product series number is TK321 if that helps, thanks

Hi. Which capsule click n go adaptors do I need for a Steelcraft Savvi Stroller to be able to use a capsule and which capsule is suited for the stroller with the receivers/adaptors? I have searched the internet with no success as to what I need to be able to use a capsule on my Steelfcratf Savvi. I have no idea on which goes where to be able to put a capsule on the Savvi. Hi Elvira, thanks for your question. The Britax Safe-n-Sound Unity ISOFIX or Unity NEOS are compatible with the Steelcraft Savvi. Something has gone wrong with the seat connectors on my saavi convertible seat stroller. I don't know how this happened, as one day I used it and put it in my car as usual and the next day when I took it out of my car - it was all wrong. One of the seat connectors on one side is in a diagonal position, and the other side is straight down. This means I cant connect it to the pram frame. Like i said i hage no idea how this happened, so i don't know how to fix it. Please help.
Hi SJL, thanks for your question. It sounds like your seat connectors have moved. Please left the recline latch at the back of the seat and change the position of the connectors. By lifting this latch, it will allow you to change the position on the latch which attach into the pram frame. Kind regards, the Steelcraft team.

Hi I have the same issue. But what I’m understanding is moving the latch on the seat? But if the seat does not go inside the connectors how is it possible to move the latch to change position?

Is there a car seat/ carrier for the savvi TK321 pram/bassinet? I got one second hand and they said you can attach one but I can't find info online. Thanks
Hi SrA, thanks for your question. Can you please confirm what a TK321 is? The Steelcraft Savvi is a 2 in 1 pram, the seat unit converts into a bassinet. The Savvi is only compatible with the Safe-n-Sound Unity 2013STD (Neos and Isofix). Kind regards, the Steelcraft team.
