Is there any way to fix the recline release on the bottom seat as I can no longer take me second seat off because the mechanism only releases in one side. I bought the pram second hand it is the delux strider

Hi, I purchased a Steelcraft Strider Compact deluxe edition just over 2 years ago (it ha had minimal use as it was only a second pram) and one side of the seat release mechanisms seems is not releasing and I cannot remove the seat to fold the pram. Is there anything I can do to get this to release at all??

The upright locking mechanism on my Steelcraft Strider Signarure stroller has failed, so my stroller won't lock into the upright position anymore. What can I do to fix this?

We are now having the same problem, our steelcraft strider compact won't lock into the upright position to be able to use the pram. Does anyone know how we can fix this?
My problem was dirt/rocks in the mechanism at the top. Find the pop out lock at the top of the folding section of the frame, where it's meant to click together. If you get a flathead screwdriver or a butter knife and wiggle it inside there, it should release the lock so it pops up, then you'll be able to lock it open. Good luck!

Second seat, I’m trying to remove the cover to fit the capsule but it won’t come off due to the d-rings not detaching. How do I work around this?
Hi Adele, thanks for your question. You need to pry the D ring open enough to thread the webbing through, then move back to the correct position when you refit the cover. Hi. Will the plus or compact top seat hood or bassinet hood fit on a signature v5 top seat?

One side of the frame sockets wont release on our stirder compact pram to remove the top seat.

We have the strider plus and the 3 level seat positions we can't seem to pull the lever behind the seat to adjust without using force pushing the seat and then it's loud and stiff, if bubs is in their it would wake/scare him
