Hi, I have only been using the steelcraftstrider for 4 months and for the last 2 months the back wheels have been squeaking. I cannot get to the source because it seems you need to pull the wheels apart to get to the source. It is very irritating. Can you please let me know how I can get this fixed?
Hi Nat, thank you for your message, I am sorry to hear what is happening to the wheels, we would recommend that you lubricate the wheels by removing them then apply a small amount of Vaseline on the axel and around the metal shaft, then refit the wheels. Kind Regards the Steelcraft team.
Hi, I have a steel craft strider bought 3 years ago. For some reason when we unfold it it’s started to now not click into place as it did before. The stroller keeps wanting to lift up (going into folding position) i literally have to make sure baby is in it (weight) or I’m pushing handle upward for it to stay in position. Help!

I just bought a second hand strider signature I think it's 2021. The second seat isn't coming off. I have followed all manuals.
Hi Jodie, thank you for your message, and I am sorry to hear what has happened, it is possible that the seat has not been attached correctly to the frame, can you go into your nearest Baby Nursery Store and ask the Sales assistant to help to try and remove the second seat from the frame, alternatively we do have a repair agent in most states. Hi, I got gifted a Steelcraft strider signature (got it at my local second-hand shop, and was putting it on hold till I got paid but a lovely lady purchased it and followed me out and gave it to me) and I am unsure how to tell what model it is now there are so many other variations. Upto what age can a toddler stay in the bottom part of this pram? I've seen 3 and 4 year olds getting into bottom part at the shops but wanted clarification. Thanks
Our 4 year old mostly sits in the bottom seat while our 2 year old sits on the top but they both swap depending on the day haha
