Sumabe Green Coffee for Slimmers Questions & Answers
I made a purchase at the end of August 2019, even got an email 6wks later to say my green detox coffee (3 boxes) was on its way, but never received products. Have been trying for 3mths to get the products i have paid for or a refund, can't seem to get either. Someone called Sue has a voice message on number for Sumabe, sent multiple emails but no reply. Can you tell me what i have to do to get the products i purchased, the company use to be so reliable a number of years ago but not anymore. Would appreciate an answer and some assistance. Julie
Please don't buy from the Sumabe website anymore!!!! Use to be very good but not anymore. Correspondence actually gets diverted to the below email address which failed authenticity when i tried to research the email address. . external link The report i got mentions something about South Africa so i have handing over the investigation to someone who is more of an expert than i, in this area. Looks like i have made a nice $130 donation to someone's holiday fund.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. Sorry I didn’t see your response earlier. That all makes sense, looks like our payments have been a bonus for someone in Sth Africa!!! Looks like I won’t be able to buy any green coffee anymore then. What a shame!!
