Just as an addendum to my review, I have been trying to update/upgrade the firmware. But research found the unit had no selection/option like all other genuine Android units. So, I was advised to run an app called Fake Device Test. Sure enough, these units are not true Android devices and use special firmware to pretend and report it is. Hence why these cannot be upgraded to the latest versions of Android.

Hi Lloyd, I feel for you as their website is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. I paid $1149 - it failed and we were sent another. It is useless, am considering putting the original unit back. I was sent an update file but you can't get to it due to them being offline now.

Thank you. Yes, I also noticed they are gone now, they saw the trouble mounting so cut their losses and run. I like the concept of the head unit, but need to figure out how to buy a genuine Android unit and not get caught out again.

You must use the phone app. Once logged into your account via the app, scroll to the purchase in question and select it. To the RH side I recall there are three dots used to indicate option menu, from that select submit complaint. Hope that answers your question. :)
