Hi where can I get accessories for this machine ? I have lost a couple of things when moving ?
My machine is stuck on standby. I’ve tried switching hi g it on and off again, leaving it to move to the next stage. The light is blinking and the block is hot to touch but the program is not advancing to the next level where water will run through. The machine is 18 months old.
My milk wand is faulty and not working. When it dies it takes about 3 minutes to start and then stops after about 1 minute.
Can it be repaired or is it stuffed?
My Sunbeam Twin Thermoblock has a jammed steam valve. I cant move it at all even when I take off the control knob and put a pair of pliers on the shaft. How do I free it up?
Hi, my em6900 is pushing water into the tray and only a little in through the taper into my cup. i have tried a basic clean but not the one with the taper cleaner.
There is a blockage of water delivery, no water coming out of the thermoblock head

How do I clean? Do I need a tablet.
The knob for the steam pressure is not aligned with the actual function (when the dial is turned to “OFF” it is still steaming). Any idea how to reset the knob to its original location?
Hi Jemma, If you take the knob off it will more then likely clip off & inside it is a small grey piece with a screw in it if you unscrew this you can then align to the tap assembly again. Try this & let me know how you go. Thanks

yes there is a replaceable water filter in the water tank

My Sunbeam coffee machine will not generate any pressure. When I select the program the water runs right through the hob . No pressure is generated no matter the grind or the amount of coffee in the hob.

Brand new machine. Water is not heating sufficient to make a hot cup of coffee
Read the manual. You can change the water temperature easily
Have done that prior to asking for help. Could you reference where in the manual please.
My pump has started running as soon as the machine is turned on at the wall. As a result the machine spits water constantly until it turns into steam. How do I fix this problem?

May machine has not been used for some time and lights up but red light continues to flash and hot water and steamer do not work. I have take screw out of filter/strainer to clean but it will not come out
