Hi, I want to know if this can be used on my pillow in bed? I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders

I don't see why not. Mine is either behind my back in my chair, or under my back when I'm in bed

I've been using mine daily for two years in this exact configuration. Zero issues though I limit the heat to a maximum of 4 out of 5. 5 will be too hot.

I am trying to find out the size (dimensions) of this item?

I've just been checking out these [Sunbeam EP500 Heat Pad] on eBay, and in "Item Specifics" the sellers are saying: "10mm x 360mm x 400mm". But then scrolling down the same page shows the official product description from Sunbeam, which says:

"Height (mm): 10mm, Width (mm): 340mm, Depth (mm): 400mm"

I tend to believe Sunbeam's measurements.

Is this item flexible enough to use around my shoulder for pain relief?

Hi Stan, Thank you for contacting Sunbeam. The EP5000 is flexible enough to wrap around a leg or arm so should be fine with the shoulder. We do however suggest to use it while being mindful of over folding/bending of the wiring. Kind Regards, Sunbeam

Yes it is Stan. We both use our heat pads against a pillow/s, high backed chair or flat on the bed. Just move it round for comfort. The model we have has an insert sleeve. This can be used or better, move the pad around to a comfortable spot. Don't pull roughly, but gently, firmly, move from under your body. A great resource.

Thank you for both responses, I'll buy one ASAP. Kind Regards, Stan.

Can I use this on my pelvic region for period pain?

Sure, why not? If you need professional advice or have any concerns, try contacting the Sunbeam customer service team, they are the experts.

I see no reason why not as it would equate to a wheat hot-pack or hot water bottle and in fact would likely be a more gentle but constant form of heat.

I don't see why not. I use this heat pad wherever I have pain. The heat certainly helps relax my body. My husband loves his for his lower back pain. The heat is adjustable making it perfect to use all year round,
