I spend a lot of time on bed because of a failed knee replacement an sitting on bed on one side as I'm the only one using it I'm finding where lm sitting all the time starting to go flat. How do l bring back the part under my shoulders as l have chronic back pain as well. Waiting for reply. Can l put another foam underneath it.

I predominately sleep on my back because I have to wear a cpap mask so would the Super Sleeper Pro Mattress cover be of any use to me? Thanks, Les

Hi Feen, The blue ribbon on the mattress cover should be located at the bottom of the mattress. If you are referring to the actual foam topper itself, there is flat sections at either end of the topper. The shorted flat section should be where your head is positioned, and the longer one should be by your feet. Regards, The Super Sleeper Team
I have a queen size bed with the super sleeper topper on it. I am a side sleeper and it has helped my hips and knee’s but my lower back is now very sore every morning. If I sleep sideways on the raised foam part I don’t get a sore back. Is there a way to get a filler of the foam part to out in the grooves to make it the same level over the whole bed?

Regarding your question, we currently don’t offer fillers to adjust the grooves on the topper. However, we recommend trying to layer a flat mattress protector or pad over the topper, as it might help even out the surface for better support.

Can I use a woolen underblanket on my super sleeper pro Dawn
I have an electric blanket with a woolen top on top of my Super Sleeper pro mattress topper. Seems to not affect the performance and benefits of the topper.

Well it's not ment to as the higher sections are strategically positioned for support. It would put them in the wrong spot. I believe this is a poor design the topper squashes down and you end up in a hole, this has made my lower back very saw again setting me back 10 years with my back problem. I had too continually move to different spots on the bed . I can no longer use it. It was a wast of money for me.

I have a king single bed, so can you, get a sleeper pro for that ? Or if not, what size sleeperpro topper can you get, fit a king single ?

My shoulders, hips and knees do not align properly on the tri-line positioning system cushions. My hips align in-between the top and middle wave giving it no support as this part is lower than the 2 support waves and causes a dip. What can I do to fix this please? Thank you Teresa

How do you flatten out the mattress topper. Ours has a huge bump in the middle and has gotten to the point of the lounge being more comfortable.

Good Morning I own a fairly new Supersleeperpro mattress for my Single bed. This bed doesn't have much use only when family come, now it has developed two dips on the top of it. One person only sleeps on this bed, sometimes young people. Not very impressed with this.

How long are the super sleepers surposed to last?? Ours is about 5-6yrs old..I don't think it is as comfy

Hi Susan, Thank you for your query. We wouldn't recommend turning your topper because the waves are positioned to provide you the best support for your shoulder, hips and knees so you may not get the best support you can get from the mattress topper by turning it.

I had exactly the same question and have actually just rotated mine. I am very disappointed with the Super Sleeper because of this issue -I constantly feel as if I’m going to fall out of bed. It is completely lumpy despite the assurances provided by aging ‘celebrities’ ….. Off to Harvey Norman to purchase a replacement!!
oh dear well I can't buy another one so I will have to get used to falling out of bed

I live in the tropics (very hit & high humidity). I suffer with sweating heaps. Just want to know if the foam will make me sweat even more & if the foam would go mouldy in the humidity & heat? Sincerely Teresa Harper
It made my wife feel very hot because it is soft she sunk into it I personally would not recommend in hot climates we live in qld
