G’day John. I’m afraid you have lost your money. Super1 is a de-registered company because of the scam’s they became so good at. They are a London based company but have you noticed that not one of their so called employees speaks with a British accent. I lost $100k investing with them and there is nothing I can do to get it back except contact FinTrack and hope for the best. Yes and when I emailed them to withdraw funds my account was in the negative. Their response was I suffered a loss, however on the stock market I had made money.... Still waiting to hear back from my last email.

My bank credited the funds back to me and their legal team tackled Super1, since then I have heard nothing from them.
