I would say that is an inferior product and accoustics are bad as well. Really a waste of precious money.
Apart from being unreliable it is a wonderful product. The acoustics are very good on the stand. It has an excellent cordless phone built in. The size and features make it an ideal kitchen buddy. If you find a working one grab it.
The handset keeps duplicating contacts? Why does it keep doing this even when I have cleaned up the duplicates they then reappear? Mystified. Not happy Jan!!!

My T-hub was frozen, and I managed to turn it off. How long do I have to wait to restart it again?
Hi Stari. 1min should do it, then plug everything back in and turn it on. This unfroze the unit, however, this seems to occur frequently. I stopped using mine altogether as I was over how often the unit froze, was slow and unresponsive. I phoned up Telstra and they said they couldn't replace my Thub or phone as they have been discontinued. Hope this helps
Thank you Rebecca! I have been to Telstra Shop, but they could not help me so the poor old T-Hub has since ended up in the waste bin.
Can one have multiple handsets with this? It is no use otherwise. The old Telstra hub links with 2 other handsets in other rooms but they do not connect with each other which is a failing as if I am in one room but the call is for my wife I have to take the handset all the way to her.
According to Telstra, yes you can... I however, have never tried. I fought tooth and nail for refunds for 2 of the 3 T-Hubs I have ever owned

I find holding down the power button for ages will eventually shut it down even when frozen.
By throwing it in the bin. Don't even waste your time.

Yes, you can Jeff. The T-Hub base station is just like another extension on the line.
How many phones can be connected to Smart Modem gen 2? Does it matter if they have line filters left over from ADSL?
Am pretty impressed so far with the T-Hub however hoping someone might be able to tell me why the dates and times on my call log are not correct? I have ensure the time and calendar settings are accurate so am at a bit of a loss as to where to go next. Also mine seems to ring on the hour for a couple of rings....somewhat bizarre.
The call log dates/times are obtained from the handset, not the tablet so you have to go through the date/time setup from the handset menu. It is supposed to update automatically if the base station is connected to your modem/router via Ethernet cable but I have found this is not reliable so setting manually on the handset is the best option.
