Have had T-Hub & handset working perfectly up until now. On both handset & T-Hub ;- *I am unable to hear any dial tone or indeed noise of any sort..... *When I dial a number & the recipient answers they are able to hear me but I can not hear them..... *When I get an incoming call I am unable to hear the caller. Thanks in anticipation.

My hub 2 keeps ringing after I have answered the phone. Anyone know how to turn off the phone ring on the hub?

Hi, if you go into the hub as if you are going to make a call, down the bottom is a tab to turn silent ring in or off. Make sure it is on, then the hub shouldn’t ring.

I am not sure what you have tried, and what you mean by it won’t start. But firstly you should disconnect the battery from the thub and all handsets, unplug them from the phone sockets and the bases from the power, leave them unplugged for a bit then put them all back together leave them plugged into power for a while then try to turn back on

My phone bit broke and I chucked it. Now I have reset the tablet but it won't set up without the phone. Even though it's rubbish it made a good clock. Is there any way to reboot it without the phone?

Press the button on the white (with blue light) base station. Go to the settings in the tablet and resync.

Hi Graham

Try turning everything off, pulling out the plug and leaving it for a while. We've found that sorted it out. If that doesn't work, ring Telstra.

My T-Hub 1 is half way through boot-up. It's been that way for three days. I've tried the power button and the more radical approach of removing the battery for ten minutes but obviously need a harder boot (steel-capped option is further down my preferred list!). Any ideas?

My THub 1 has done this. I had to completely drain it - leaving battery out for over a day, then recharged, powered up & was ok.

Hi,

The best thing to do is turn the T Hub off at the wall for a few minutes and then switch it back on. That should fix it! We've had to do that a few times and it always works.

We have had the Telstra Hub with two separate phones for around 4 years. One phone is not working very well and would like to purchase a new one - is this possible - if so how much and how do we go about it?

Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the correct answer you are looking for. I had a faulty charger on my T-Hub and they replaced it with a new one, but I am not sure by the age of your T-Hub, whether they would still swap it for you for free.

My suggestion would be go to a Telstra Shop if there is one nearby, It's so much easier in store than trying to explain to someone on telephone supprt (they always make you go through a bunch of useless tests), There may be better phones that work with the T-Hub, as you know the T-Hub phones are terrible, so if it were me, I'd replace it with something else.

As far as I know Telstra no longer supply the T Hub and are not looking to replace it either according to their store management due to its unreliability..

I am sorry china plate but all I can suggest is telephone the service tech Telstra line and hopefully they can assist you. My own experience withis product has been very poor however.

Hi China Plate, I am sorry I can't help you with this one. Having spoken to a number of other people who have had this phone they have said that once you start having problems it ends up cheaper to go out an buy a new handset. I have reused one of my old ones (Panasonic) and it is ten times better than the T Hub product even though it hasnt got as many features. (Whats the point of having the extra features if its not working properly)

No, as far as I know it is locked to Telstra but if you have not bought it yet...don't, they are rubbish.

call the telstra complaints department and tell them it does not work and that you want your money back. Do not mess around tyring to get it working, Telstra will not be able to help you, I spent 8-10 hours on the phone to them with my problems and they still could not get it working correctly, even an on site Technician could not help.

T-hub only displays triangle and nothing else moves what can I do???

It sounds like your update has failed. Hold the power button on until it shuts down then restart. If you recieve the same error contact Telstra t hub support. You may need a replacement as it does sound bricked.

I am sorry but I have completely given up on the T-Hub after the 4th one still odes not work properly. I have reinstalled our old phone and only use the tablet for music and weather etc. Suggest you contact Telstra and get onto their complaints department and get them to take it back. Has to be the worst thing I have ever bought...absolute rubbish.

Disconnect T Hub, move the garbage bin, insert T Hub in bin. Happy time are here again!
